STAY AWAY – Highly Unprofessional and Unreliable. We signed a contract last year to replace our roof this season. After months of …

Hi Abhi, I am sorry for the run around. The bid our estimator sent you would not have covered material and labor. We tried our best to make the bid work. Given the complexity and the time needed to complete your roof, it was not possible. The estimator that sent you the bid is no longer with us due to his inexperience. From the price of the bid you received from another roofing company, I would say they are going to take the time needed to give you an exceptional roof. Roofs in Incline Village are prone to leaking and take double the time compared to the valleys. Anthony

Nicholson Roofing was great. They gave me a fair price and had quality work. They finished my roof in two days, including removing the old one. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and his team.

Anthony was great to work with. He was responsive to my emails and calls. He kept me updated with any delays with the schedule (due to weather) and sent picture updates throughout the entire day that the work was done. The price was well …

My new roof looks fantastic. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job of not only installing the roof but also cleaning the yard after they were done. I am also impressed that they painted the roof jacks and vents to match.

Dan gave us a very fair quote, was very easy to communicate with, and did a great job making repairs to our roof. Update: We’ve called Nicholson Roofing for help with other things since my initial review. Each time it’s been a great and smooth experience. Amazing to have a reliable and trustworthy roofing company in the area.

Great job. Roof was done in one day at 1/2 the price that others quoted! Checked roof afterwards - was great. They also removed an antenna and satellite dish that were an eyesore for 30 years.

Nicholson replaced our roof (27 years old). The process was very smooth from getting a quote to getting the work done, with no surprises. They even came out one evening during a wind storm mid—project and made sure everything was good. We highly recommend.
