i have left two messages. NO response. they must be so wealthy they don't need the work.

NO Call and NO Show on 2 appointments. After calling them numerous times they assured me they would give me an estimate on fixing the leaks in my roof. It has been over 2 months and I'm still waiting! Don't hold your breath if you want them to do work for you!! You will drown in your leaks before they even come by!

I called for a quote and was told that they are a union shop and i wouldn't like their labor rates. Was then told to call some one else with no referral. They may just be pushing off business because they are busy but I would like a little more customer service.

These guys did a great job. Small jobs like patches or larger jobs like the new roof on our outbuilding, they do great work and stand behind it. Their customer service is super friendly and they have always made sure we got what we needed. Highly recommended.

Dave and Brian really know their roofs. They show up on time, are willing to answer all your questions and their crew are all hard workers! They are worth every penny and then some. They ate my first call for any of my roof jobs. You really do not need any other Roofing Company.

David showed up on time for the Initial inspection and provided the estimate the next day. Several other companies either couldn’t come out to inspect or didn’t provide an estimate after they inspected. David’s price was also very competitive. Both David and Brian were very professional throughout the job. They provided additional venting due to lack of ventilation in the attic. Great looking roof! David explained that there were some changes in the company several years ago. The older reviews don’t apply anymore, in my opinion. I will definitely be recommending them!

We had some hiccups along the way, but David was honest and up front about what he could and couldn't do. He wasn't afraid to tell me the truth and work with me so everyone involved was happy with the end result. Stand up man. Stand up company.

David McCullen and the entire crew at Don James Roofing are amazing! The customer service, responsiveness, quality of workmanship, and price far exceeded my expectations. I live in Virginia City and it is difficult to get services up here. I called more than a few dozen roofing companies and only a handful even bothered to respond to my call. Further complicating my situation is a home from 1899 and that I could only afford a repair --- not a replacement during this time of COVID-19 craziness. David assessed the problem and gave me a quick, reasonable estimate. He sent his crew just a few weeks later to ensure we beat the first snow. Three layers of old roofing removed. New wood installed. New shingles installed. And, all in one day! I could not be happier!!!! Roof repaired, until I can get the complete replacement in a few years. I will definitely be calling David when it's time to get the full job done.

They have a fantastic team at Don James roofing, I've used them to re-roof two different homes over the past ten years and they were great both times I couldn't be happier seriously.
