Castillo Brothers roofing is using the wrong address on google maps. They are based out of Louisiana. Northern Nevada Roofing Specialists is the correct business name and the only business at this address in Carson City.

Called them for an estimate for a leak by the fireplace. They arrived on time; said how horrible our whole roof is; said they would email an estimate that night or the next a.m. It's now been a month and never heard back, never rec'd the estimate. Big waste of our time.

I had a very good experience working with a roofing company to repair storm damage on my home in Carson City. Johnathan was excellent to work with throughout the whole roof replacement project. He explained the roofing process clearly, answered our questions in simple terms, and made sure the new shingles and gutter work were installed the right way. He also handled most of the communication with the insurance company, which made things much easier while we were managing other parts of the damage claim. The crew paid close attention to important roofing details like the drip edge, ridge vent, flashing, and overall workmanship. I would highly recommend Johnathan and the team for any roofing, gutter, or exterior repair job.

We had the shingles replaced on both our house and detached garage early in the week, and a few days later Carson City got some strong wind. By the weekend, I noticed a couple of shingles had lifted and planned to call for roof repair. …

Some of the shingles blew off our roof during a very windy spring day in Carson City, and we wanted to get the roof repair handled quickly before the heat and sun could cause more wear. i sent a request online and got a reply within an hour or two, which was very helpful. We talked through the roof damage, and after the weather settled down, they followed up to check whether any additional issues had shown up. i sent over a few photos, and they reviewed everything clearly. They scheduled a roofer to come out exactly when they said he would, and eric completed the shingle repair promptly and professionally. The work looked solid, the damaged area was sealed up well, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Later that same day, i received an invoice for the quoted amount, which matched what we had discussed. The only small thing i would have liked was an online payment option, but everything else was easy and well organized. They were highly rated when i searched for roofing services, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation. Very dependable, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them for roof repair, shingle replacement, and storm-related roofing service.

David was punctual, fairly priced, and did excellent roofing and gutter work with great attention to detail. He replied quickly to calls and texts, took care of issues left behind by a previous roofing crew, and clearly explained each step of the repair process so everything was done right. He helped us avoid a full roof replacement by making smart repairs, which saved us a lot of money. His crew worked fast, kept the jobsite clean, and handled everything professionally. If you need roofing or gutter service in Carson City, I highly recommend them for any future roof repair, gutter work, or general roofing needs.

We were very pleased to have David and his crew repair and seal the roof on our commercial medical office building. They were the fourth roofing team to work on our leak, and they were the only ones who fully fixed it. After other contractors tried more than once without solving the problem, David inspected the roof, explained the issue clearly, and gave us a fair quote for the roofing repair work. The team completed the job professionally, addressed the trouble spots, and made sure the roof was sealed the right way for the hot, dry climate. Our office is now dry, and we truly appreciate the quality workmanship and great service.

They did an excellent job on my new roof. Johnathan was helpful from start to finish, gave me a fair price, and was always easy to reach when I had questions about the roofing work. He even came back out himself to take care of a small soffit detail quickly and at no extra cost. The new roof looks great, and the workmanship really stands out. Everything was explained in simple terms, including the manufacturer warranties, which gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the roof is well protected for the long term. In Carson City, it is important to have a strong, dependable roof that can handle sun, wind, and changing weather, and this crew delivered exactly that. I would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.

we've worked with this roofing team for a long time. as a local solar installer, it's important for us to partner with roofers who really know their stuff, give great customer service, and keep costs fair. we rely on eric and his crew for all our roofing needs, whether we're installing a new roof for someone or fixing a leak. their knowledge with desert climate roofs is the best we've seen. we really appreciate how easy they are to work with and how smooth they make every project. couldn't have found a better roofing partner!

Brandon, the roofing specialist, was extremely friendly and spent extra time carefully inspecting my entire roof, not just the chimney flashing I was concerned about. He went over all the available options and gave helpful suggestions for other areas that might need attention, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail he showed throughout the process. Even though I received a few lower quotes from other roofers, Brandon’s professionalism and knowledge made me feel much more confident choosing this company. He truly earned my trust, and I’m looking forward to seeing the crew do just as great a job.
