  Honestly a joke but was expected overall. Had roof inspection scheduled, tech Daniel showed up, before he began inspection I asked would I receive copies of images taken and repairs needed he said yes, assured I would. Did inspection came back and said only issues was a portion of the roof, apparently it couldn’t be repaired and I “have to get whole roof redone” after the spill of downing other companies and products for a small two story roof, less than 1000sq ft $14k, then said can discount for today only at $12k, I asked again ok can you send over photos so I could discuss w spouse and confirm we wanted to do it, Daniel said ok and to allow two minutes. Two minutes passed and now all of a sudden they down to $10k after speaking w manager. I asked about just repairing they denied saying they don’t do repairs but the site says otherwise, yet overall still no pictures and was constantly pressed about agreeing to a price before sending over thorough inspection and assessment. Also before I could discuss w spouse as I stated numerous times that’s what I wanted to do. The whole women don’t know much or don’t know anything is played.

  Horrible Experience with Allstar Roofing Company I had a terrible experience with Allstar Roofing Company. They sent out what they called “professionals” to evaluate my home. After the inspection, they provided me with a quote that I agreed to. We signed a contract, and they came to collect my down payment right away. I was told an appointment would be scheduled within two days — it’s now been over a week. I’ve been calling repeatedly and dealing with a representative named Dominic, who keeps giving me the runaround. Now he’s saying that the same people who took my money will “send it back” within five business days because apparently the quote their own team gave me was wrong. I met with one person in person and spoke with two others over the phone, and it’s clear that nobody at this company communicates or knows what they’re doing. At this point, it feels like they’re just taking advantage of hard-working people in an already difficult economy. I would not recommend Allstar Roofing Company to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the financial headache — go with a company that actually stands by their word.

  Justin was VERY through on his inspection. Got us a low price thru discounts. Very professional and even got pizza for the family and came back to present it to the wife!! He owes his boss coffee! I would recommend Vault Roofing 100%!!!!!!

  Justin amd John came out to do an inspection, they did an excellent job with all issues found with our roof. Although we are not able to commit today. The care and time that was taken with us to make sure we had all information was great and fully appreciated.

  Another competitor charged me 30k for removing a cedar roof under my shingles. Vault did their inspection and showed me there was no cedar. Brought my quote from 30 to 12. Their material was almost identical. They were honest and straight forward

  I was so pleased with Shawn moore from vault roofing. When I asked him to stop! Too much, he backed off. Also, product sold me. Owen Corning sold me. Also, they were willing to work with me for something in my budget. Vault and Shawn made me very comfortable with my decision.
