  They will install your windows at a reasonable price, but not stand behind their service. Have windows that leak air, are hard to move, and now had one that after a year of fighting to lock it because of how difficult it is to close, the lock broke and they don't stand behind their work. $27k and no support.

  I requested a quote. Someone came out, spent 5 minutes looking at the windows... seemed rushed, didn't really give me any info or asked me any questions. That was a month ago. Never got the quote. I followed up with the company twice via phone call and still no quote. At this point, the quote is pointless as I've chosen to move forward with another company. Complete waste of my time.

  🚨 AVOID INFINITY EXTERIORS AT ALL COSTS They did not fulfill multiple aspects of the contract, our roof has been leaking all week just shortly after installation, and the company has failed to acknowledge or remedy this. They also chipped paint all over the exterior of the house and damaged our brand new windows. In addition, they reused extremely rusted materials despite the contract specifying they would be replaced. When told of these, the quality manager came out — he papered over some issues, said he would get back to me on others (and didn’t), and told me the area with ripped metal where water was getting in was “fine” (that night, we had even more water coming in). Our package also included a “50 point inspection” afterwards to ensure everything was installed properly. Not only did this not happen, but when the Quality Manager came out in response to my complaints he admitted multiple things were missed on initial installation. These were only caught by me having to go up on my roof and check, instead of the 50 point inspection. I am more than happy to update this review should the company decide to fulfill the contract and fix the failing roof. For now, I am forced to spend my time and energy calling, consulting lawyers, and contacting NARI.

  Had soffit and face boards redone. They never put a drip edge on my soffit, and it looked like a beaver chewed on the ends and then charged full price. Watch for the 8+ week lead time if they don’t forget about you…. Came highly recommended, and won’t use them again !!!! Hope you speak Spanish the crew didn’t speak English and the lead was not around besides minor check in here and there

  Fantastic experience from start to finish! My home had a large and unique project involving a flat roof, siding, and a complete shingle tear-off. Sean, my project manager, and Dan were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. They took the time to do core samples and thorough due diligence, making sure I had the information needed to make the best decisions for my home.   We had Infinity Exteriors come to look at a leak we have in our livingroom ceiling. Even though the roof was put on by a different company just a year ago, Mike S spent time to go up on the roof and thoroughly check it out to make sure there was no leaking coming through the roof. He also checked out the interior of our living room ceiling to determine what the cause of the leak might be. After determining that it might be a condensation problem, Mike gave me his card and did not charge me. In our experience as homeowners, there are very few companies like Infiniti exteriors who have honesty and integrity, and we highly recommend the!

  We had some of our windows replaced by Infinity this year. Brent made the whole process easy from quoting several different options to scheduling the work and through the final walk-through.   Exceptional experience with Infinity Exteriors! They did an incredible job replacing our house and garage roofs, including extensive attic ventilation corrections (installing baffles and clearing soffit vents) and a full cleanup with magnetic nail sweeping. They were professional, followed safety protocols, and we are so pleased with our new roof and gutters.   I had my roof + gutters, fascia, and soffits replaced by Infinity this past summer, and it was an exceptional experience from front to end. Leading up to this, I had gotten quotes from a few other companies for this work (SemperFi and All Star Roofing); these companies used a number of scare tactics and predatory pricing often 2-3x the price of Inifinity's quotes for the same work and features. Sam Wiroll did an excellent job of meeting me where I was at during the sales and quoting process and was more than happy to answer my questions and meet a few times to go over things in person. Once I decided on Infinity, I started working with Adam Webb as a project manager who kept me informed in a timely manner on delays, how long the project would take, and when folks would be at my home. Adam's skills really shined as he worked seamlessly with other contractors also working on my home and addressed concerns promptly with either explanation or remediation. I would, and do, recommend Infinity to others!
