  𝘿𝙊 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙐𝙎𝙀 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝘼𝙉𝙔!!!! **I left messages for Amber who claimed she wanted to fix this, but she did NOT follow up! One of the most expensive repairs you’ll ever need to make to your home is the roof. So when considering a roofer you’re going to consider two things: will you do a good job and what will it cost. That’s where insurance plays a major part. Before I tell you my story of why you should 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 use Community Roofing & Restoration allow me to first disillusion you of the roofing industry in Wisconsin. According to Brian, their sales representative I worked with, there isn’t a Commissioner for roofers. “Anyone can call themselves a roofer with no qualifications.” He used that to justify why they’re so expensive. But I had insurance picking up the tab, so I wasn’t worried. Silly me 🙄 They spoke with my insurance agent who told them repeatedly, “ANY billing you have needs to be directed to me. I’m going to make sure my client’s house is taken care of.” Now they didn’t know (or need to know) I was switching insurance, and this was the FINAL thing my current insurance company would cover. And as a preexisting issue, my new insurance company wouldn’t cover it! As they worked on my house, Chuy, the lead worker on my project, called to tell me he found some rotting wood under the roof and that would cost another $2,000. I told him, “That’s fine. Make sure you tell the agent since my insurance is picking up the tab!” He agreed so I thought everything was fine. Community Roofing & Restoration sent the bill to my agent for the 𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 estimate. My agent payed that original estimate and bid me farewell. THEN Community Roofing & Restoration sent ME the bill for the additional $2,000!!!!! When I asked Chuy why they didn’t change the bill and include the additional $2,000 for rotten wood when they billed my insurance, he didn’t have a good explanation. All he could say was, “We did the work and we need that money.” Next thing I know, I started getting calls from

  This afternoon I witnessed a Community Roofing truck full of what appeared to be roofing material do the Milwaukee slide at a stop light at Green Bay road. The dude driving floored it when the light changed so he could get ahead of all three vehicles waiting at the light. If he's willing to blatantly break the law like this, I'd fear what corners he'd take doing a roof. What a jerk.

  They hire sub contractors and have you buy supplies and don’t pay them for work done. We got hired by a sales guy telling us he was the owner of the company asked us to supply materials for the job that was installed. Come to find out sales guy tried to run his own project hired people had them get supplies when he wasn’t supposed to. Owner came out to job site told us he would make sure we got paid for work that was done come to find out that wasn’t true. We have thousands invested into a project that we said no to a few times but after being asked multiple times we jumped on a job that had zero directions. Roofing crew pulled gutters didn’t mark spots to put back. Roofing crew put gutter apron so far back it wouldn’t cover gutters. All around just bad. I feel bad for home owner as we are placing a lean do to no payment. Homeowner shouldn’t need to deal with this.

  Tried to hire them - said they were too busy one year. Hit them early the next - the mandatory contract was SO long and full of legalese it would have required an attorney on my side to decipher. Spoke to neighbors, some happy, many had to have the work redone. This explained the contract! Chose not to conduct 'business' with a 'company' that treats customers as adversaries.

  Had a rep come out to give an estimate. He gave a cursory glance around my attic and roof, then left saying that he "probably" has my email address and will send me the estimate. Unfortunately, I'm not sure who it was, since he didn't leave a card or any kind of contact info. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything since.

  We have a 100+ year old house that needed a new roof and gutter system. We are in an historic district, so there are specific but not always clear standards for local and state approvals. Community Roofing has significant experience with these standards, and provided the attention to detail and the willingness to go the extra mile to get it right. Our project foreman was very communicative and responsive. This was especially important as we were out of town for most of the project. We are very pleased with the final product.

  Great company for roofing needs. They helped us out in Whitefish Bay. Came out next day for an estimate and I felt very good about their honesty as far as our repair needs. I recommend them to everyone I hear who needs help with their roof.

  Had a great experience with Community Roofing. Jeremy came out to inspect a leak and quickly identified the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot, which was a huge relief—especially with more rain in the forecast for tonight. Really appreciate the prompt response and professionalism. It's all about blending high-end composite tiles with precise copper metalwork. We removed worn cedar shakes and added a premium Brava Cedar Shake system, using stainless steel screws for top-notch wind resistance. 🤝 The copper roofs received a meticulous resoldering, ensuring they look and perform their best.
