  Thank God for the installer guy going above and beyond because the rest of the people we dealt with at this company didn't do their job correctly, there were numerous errors and months of delays. The owner even strong armed us and threatened us. I'd never recommend this company

  Absolutely annoying. All I wanted was a quote from their website and then they called me SIX times within a few hours. Absolutely no professional courtesy.

  Overall, I didn’t have a great experience. Communication was poor— while our EPDM roof was being replaced, there was an unexpected issue with the project, requiring the roofing team to come back a second time. We waited several days but never got an update on when the team would return to finish the project until one day, they showed up unexpectedly without a text or call. The work seems to be done well and the price was relatively reasonable, however their communication could use improvement.

  I was promised that a small repair that had to do with the repair from last month would get get done next day. 3 days later and no answer to text or calls. Collin and Luke are a joke!

  All contracted roofing repair work for this homeowner was completed properly. After the contracted work was completed, this homeowner called us again because he had a different leak. On September 22nd, Ridge Top sent a technician out to do an inspection of the leak. The technician went into this homeowner's attic and found a leaky pipe. During heavy rains rainwater was getting into the homeowner's plumbing exhaust vent pipe and then leaking at a pipe fitting in the attic. We showed the homeowner video of the leaking pipe in the attic. Ridge Top Exteriors are not plumbers so we are not qualified to fix leaking pipes. However, the Ridge Top technician who discovered the pipe leak volunteered to install a rain cap over their exterior pipe at no cost to the homeowner to help prevent the homeowner from having water enter the exhaust cap and hopefully eliminate the need for this homeowner to have costly plumbing repairs done. The technician had intentions to complete this service for this homeowner the next day once his previously scheduled work was completed. No specific time was given to this homeowner. The next day this homeowner proceeded to excessively call the technician while the technician was performing service on his previously scheduled jobsite. This homeowner was frustrated that the technician was not able to answer his phone immediately and then began sending the technician insulting and disrespectful text messages. Rather than respond to the homeowner's insults the technician chose not to respond to the homeowner's insults, and chose to not go to this homeowner's house on September 23rd. The homeowner reached out to Ridge Top management to inform of the technician's "no call, no show." Ridge Top management reviewed the situation and after seeing the call logs and insulting text messages this homeowner sent the technician, Ridge Top decided that the technician's actions of not going to the homeowner's house were justifiable.   Based on the reviews it looks like they do decent work but a guy they have driving around on State Highway 67 North of Oconomowoc likes to drive 50 miles an hour in a 25 mph and pass in a no passing zone on a blind hill almost hitting an coming car in traffic (small bluish gray/silver car, driver wearing a cap maybe black hair and a black beard). Tell him to slow down there's cops here all the time taking radar and there's road construction so he can get double the fine

  I had a great experience working with Ridge Top Exteriors. Dan, Stevie and everyone else involved were both fantastic to work with and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire project. We had a lot of work done—new siding, aluminum trim, roof, gutters, and downspouts—and the whole process went very smoothly. Dan and Stevie were professional, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The house looks great, and I really appreciate the extra effort and attention they put into the job. I would definitely recommend Ridge Top Exteriors to anyone looking to have exterior work done!

  Thank you to Ridge Top Exteriors for doing a great job on our home! My wife and I decided to go with Ridge Top because we never felt pressured throughout the process. I requested a quote for siding, soffit, facia, and gutters it was only 5 minutes later on a Sunday a representative from Ridge Top was calling. We meet with Nick and he did a thorough inspection. Nick asked what we envisioned for our project. Nick gave us different options and helped us decide what products would work for our home. The estimates Nick provided were fair and he put the ball in our court. Once the project started Scott was on site making sure the project went smoothly. During the project there were a couple things that needed to be corrected and Scott took the time to make sure everything was complete properly. The crew ran of material so Scott immediately jump in his truck to pickup more so the installers could keep working. We really appreciate his efforts to keep the project on track! Thanks again Scott! The siding looks great! Nice and level and the color is exactly what we wanted. We are excited to have the roof and gutters installed this month. I definitely recommend Ridge Top!

  Can’t recommend this place enough! Steve and his crew did an excellent job! They were professional, thorough, considerate to our concerns as renters, and the work looks amazing! 10/10 would recommend, and I plan on using them when I become a homeowner.

  Steve was a big help with our project, our AC went out incidentally at the same time and he went out of his way to help us on that even though it had nothing to do with the job. He was thorough, timely, and helpful. He answered all our questions fully. Very happy with the results!

  Great company to work with. Ridge Top Exteriors did our new roof, Hardie siding, and gutters, and the whole project turned out excellent. The crew was professional, the work looks great, and everything was completed with solid attention to detail. Very happy with the results and would recommend them.
