The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Young man on the phone said that he would come out and look at the roof the next day. He never showed up. I called, got the voice mail and left a message about calling me and we'd arrange to meet. He never called me back. Waited 2 weeks, finally called someone else. That's no way to run a business. He was polite on the phone. 1 star.

From the first phone call to the final inspection, everything felt professional and organized. The office staff was helpful, the crew worked efficiently, and the project manager kept us informed throughout. The new roof has improved both the appearance and confidence we have in our home. Very satisfied with the experience.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Vargas Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
