Had a door to door sales men come to my home after a hail storm in May, we agreed to let him inspect and meet with the adjuster. I had original intent to use this company for my roof replacement. When I asked for a quote and documentation of the damages I received approx 5 photos with no explanation as to what the damages were and no quote was received. I am not a roofer so when looking at photos of a roof I do not know what to look for and had the expectation this sales men would help identify damages. I was supposed to meet him the day my adjuster came but unfortunately with a busy life I did not wake up in time and he met with my husband again to discuss moving forward. We had two other companies inspect our roof and had quotes and images with descriptions provided from them. We chose the most transparent and kind company to do our replacement. Today 3 months later the sales men saw my roof was being replaced and stopped me in the street. He had his dog who was not being controlled properly and initially nipped at my hand, and he very unprofessionally called my husband and I classless and rude, and a variety of other things. He continued to demand I explain why we didn’t go with him and when I would begin to speak he would raise his voice to speak over me. I told him if he could be quiet and listen I would tell him why. He was quiet enough for me to tell him that we never received a quote and his photos were half assed, he then told me he has tried talking to my drive way camera, and door bell cameras numerous times, and has called my husband numerous times. I told him I didn’t have any history of him on my cameras and that I don’t control my spouses phone. My spouse told him from the beginning that I would be the one to chose the roofer as I was the one doing the research and he told me he “didn’t save my number”. If he wanted my business why would he not save the number of the person handling the decision. The entire interaction was aggressive and rude. He atte
