  There was no work approved and they took advantage of me not knowing what was going on. They went through my daughter instead of me and now that I told them I don’t want the work done the owner was very disrespectful and talking down to me because I don’t want to use their company anymore and they won’t refund me the money even though no work has been done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Refund me my money or you can be a part of our fraud case against your company and who you coached through wiring you money directly from my insurance company. Approved by me: prove it I authorized a claim that’s it Only recording that was made is to my insurance agent for him to talk to my daughter since I was out of state at the time. That home was my address at the time and most definitely lived there. I spoke to not one person on the phone or in person Never spoke to you I left you a voicemail stating that you were not authorized to do any work at said address If you received payment from Rachael, all good Your contract is obviously between you her Not you and I You should ask her to see her copy of house deed Which she will not be able to provide Now as home owner you can ask me and I will show you You are being still very unprofessional on here with your response and the threatening text messages you have sent me Have a good day!!

  From day 1 Cody & his team were on it and helping with my claim. They always took the time to explain and answer any questions or concerns I had. New Roof looks excellent, took half a day and Everything was cleaned up really good to.

  Great company! They are easy to work with and take responsibility when an accident happens by one of their crew members. Had them work on 3 roofs on the property. My family has been using this company for many years and it’s always been a pleasure working with them!

  I'm all about supporting small businesses and Diamond Ridge Roofing is one of them. The owner Cody and his wife Jenna helped me all the way from putting in the claim for the insurance until the job was all done. The communication with the company was fantastic and the team was wonderful to work with from start to finish. If I had to work with a roofing company again in the future, I would call Diamond Ridge again without hesitation.

  The Diamond Ridge team was top notch. Courteous. Professional. Careful to be in compliance with codes. They left my property clean, they did the little extras to make sure the roof was not only sound, but looked good and clean. I wholeheartedly would recommend them!

  Cody with Diamond Ridge Roofing & Restoration and his crews were absolutely phenomenal in our roof and gutter replacement and the interior work from wind, water and hail damage! Cody is wonderful and professional in every regard! The crews cleaned up the yard with excellence. All work was done on schedule and on budget! i would absolutely ask Cody & DR&R to do any future work for us and I can highly recommend DR&R!! I’ve already recommended other people to them!
