We had Elian and his crew install shingles, metal roofing, soffit, fascia and eavestroughing on a new build. We sent him our drawings and he sent us a quote. One day after starting the job he came to us and said he mis-quoted the roof and …

Unfortunately, we have also been ghosted by this company to resolve any issues with our roofing. Initially, they were responsive and somewhat prompt in having our roof replaced, but anything further than that (damage caused to the fascia boards), they were no longer interested in communicating or continuing customer service. Truly disappointing, and highly costly. Please hire elsewhere.

We decided on Vargas to replace our roof after reading so many other great reviews. They are very busy, so we had to wait a few weeks to schedule the job, but it was worth the wait. The team showed up on time and worked professionally. They protected our gardens, patio set, and bbq before they started, and cleaned up the property afterwards. Ultimately though, the quality of work and knowing that they are using genuine products gives me peace of mind.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 38 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
