  Had people going door to door to try and sell me on getting my attic inspected for insulation. I have a sign on my door to please not knock or ring doorbell because I have two reactive dogs and a baby. The girl read the sign and still rang the door bell. Before I could tell her I wasn't interested and couldn't buy her services as I rent she went into her full sales pitch and wouldn't let me speak.

  Beware scammers, have no idea how to price or deal with customers. Started off with a quote for 12000 and ended up at 30000 when I wanted to start the job. Absaloute inconpident company . Stay well away

  Beware of this scammer!!!! Total miscommunication while taking the order. Completed half of the job and than argued that I did not order the rest. I then completed the rest of the job. He then goes, puts 2 screws in and charges my credit card without authorization!!! Total FRAUD! Beware of this scammer! Take a look how the "complete" job looked like according to Ray. One downspout becomes 2 feet shorter, and the other one is loose on the wall. More to that: he charged my CC for completed job on 11/06/2017 and 11/10/2017. He only done this part of the job on 11/19/2017! STAY AWAY!

  When we bought our house in Aurora, we could not imagine the good looking roof had lots of problems including ventilation and burned cracked shingles. In late fall, water streamed inside of second floor after a heavy shower. Heat balance was another problem which we faced. I browsed internet and looked for high rated roof companies. I picked Arcamm and called for the inspection and repair. Ray came over and inspected the roof. He highly suggested us to redo at least the half side of the roof. I asked him to repair first and give us time to think and decide. Job was done and we spent the whole winter without problem, but I knew soon or late we shall install new roof. I called Ray and asked him to do the entire roof. Team came and worked for 2 full days. I witnessed hard and precise working of all staff. Vents modified and new high quality shingles were installed. Additional layers were also used in some parts which are more exposed to snow, ice and rain. I may paid few percents higher if I would brows more for the cheaper prices but I am sure I paid for the value that will save me a lot of money in coming winters and heavy showers.   Ray and his team installed my roof four years ago, looks gorgeous. When couple of shingles fell last month, they were prompt to fix the issue at no charge. Thank you

  We would definitely recommend Ray and his crew. We had our shingles replaced this past week. Ray was very helpful and informative. He did the job quickly and cleaned up everything before leaving. His pricing was very reasonable. We checked out 5 different companies and received 5 different quotes. We chose Ray because of his honesty and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

  Arcamm pulled us out of the fire at a time when we were really in need of help. Our roof was leaking and we were starting to see leakage on the inside of our home. The best commitments we could get from the competitors were 4 to 8 weeks minimum. Ray took the time to evaluate the situation and managed to reshuffle his schedule and fit us in within 2 days. Ray and his team were very professional and did an excellent job on our new roof. They cleaned the entire area after the job and did a follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for their workmanship, knowledge of the business and honesty. Last but certainly not least was their very competitive pricing.
