The first three are Google’s own figures for Kelly & Sons, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Ontario roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Kelly & Sons damaged my rear bumper while he was backing up in a parking lot in Whitby , gave me a grand talk, asked me not to go through through the insurance and agreed to pay me four hundred for the damage to which I agreed. Later he didn't follow up on his grand talk , wasted my time for a couple of days and finally I had to go through the insurance.

Excellent customer care and follow up service. We called 18 months after they did our roof due to an ice damming issue, Al was here the next day to address the problem. Can’t say enough about how they stand behind their work.

Great experience. Kelly and Son did our entire roof within two days to an exceptional standard. Their crew was polite, helpful and on time and couldn't do enough to go out of their way to ensure we were happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using their services.

We just had our roof replaced by Kelly & Sons and we couldn’t be happier! I was impressed how they all worked together and their work is top notch. We hear of so many people who get taken by companies! My advise would be if you want honesty and expertise go to Kelly & Sons. You get what you pay for.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 20 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
