The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I used this company a few years ago they sent two idiots out here to fix a couple of leaking windows around my metal siding on my barn because the estimator said rain was coming down the siding and going behind the window, I caught the one guy in charge hanging from the top air vent being stupid, they are still leaking water into my barn. I have called 4 times in the last two months for someone to come back and look at the leak and they have never returned my call and the girl that answered the phone in office said “I will call you back myself if no one calls you” haven’t heard from anyone!!!
Reply from the business
Hello Beth We believe you are talking about a different company. We have no records of doing any work for you and have not received any calls. We install commercial flat roofs and would not send guys to look at siding or windows.

Hired them to put on a 3500sq ft rubber roof on my home, did a great job! Would definitely hire them again or refer to family and friends.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Valley Roofing Company Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
