  Only good thing I can say is they kept the appointment. Other than that a complete joke. Called for a roof estimate, just walks around the house, doesn't actually go up to look at anything and tells me 4k and no guarantees, because "no one" would guarantee it. I already had a first estimate at half that, that actually went and looked at the problem, gave a full list of what repairs they would do and a guarantee. So this guy is a joker. Wouldn't recommend wasting time to even call him. Edit: to the reply- "the time spent" was 10 minutes walking around the house, not actually going to look at the problem in anyway shape or form. I wasn't asking for a roof replacement, a repair around the chimney as stated. The problem wasn't the estimate, the problem was the high estimate coupled with not actually looking at anything and laughing saying no one would guarantee a repair, when as I stated wasn't true, since I already had a guarantee from a superior company.

  Had appointment, Jamie called and cancelled saying, "we're just too busy and won't be able to get to your job anytime soon.". No reschedule, no effort for referral, no customer concern. Just doesn't want any more business, now or anytime in the future.

  I was excited to work with Bzak. They sent two separate people to look at the areas in my home I want worked on, and never followed up either time. This is dating back to September. I just find it rather unprofessional to be in my home and not follow up with the pricing and information, twice. I don’t work with people who are poor in contact, so unfortunately can’t rate the actual jobs or services.

  Friendly staff, great team! Very pleased with their work from the roof, the hood which in the beginning was a fan in the kitchen ceiling to our electric hot water heater. Upgraded and done! Thank you all so much for everything 🙏

  I highly recommend BZAK. They did everything they said they would do, and they did it when they said they would. Pricing was very fair. All of the people we worked with there were helpful and nice and seemed interested in getting us the right solution for our home.

  They did an amazing job with my apartment walls I needed to fix before I moved out. Thanks to Bzak I got my entire deposit back! Very timely and responsive. The painter was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend their services.

  My painting project transformed my home into a showcase! It was a big job and there was a lot of prep work to do prior the actual painting (some demo work, Powerwash, scrape, fill, sand, tape off), they took the time to do it properly! The crew was absolutely top notch (Conner, Mandy, Jenny, Danni)! They were all timely, very neat and organized, their communication was great, paid great attention to detail throughout the entire project! They were a great team and the pride in their work shows! We were thinking of moving but now we are in love with our home and plan to stay! *so many neighbors, Delivery truck Drivers and even neighborhood landscapers have stopped by to offer compliments too!!
