Did not show up for a scheduled appointment for my roof. Never received a call as to why. Would not recommend.

Making appointments and not showing up or even making a phone call says a lot about a contractor. It says that they cannot be trusted, they do not care about their work, they’re unreliable and dishonest. It says that they do not care about customers and it speaks to their work ethic. I would not use or call this place.

My cottage roof had a very old skylight, and in heavy rains I noticed a drip coming directly inline and below the skylight. It was hard to find anyone to come out quickly. Then I found Son of a Burch Roofing. I called and spoke to Charles. …

Charles and his team did an amazing job installing our new roof, excellent workmanship! His customer service is top-notch, a superb communicator throughout the entire installation process. Charles truly cares about his customers, in my opinion, that is a quality that is hard to find in most contractors. A+++++

I am the guy that was broken down in the middle of the intersection of Salzburg and Euclid. A helpful blessing got out of there truck, and stopped traffic and was willing to push my vehicle with his. Didn't know any of them and they would not take payment for there services. Can't thank you enough. He handed me his business card and said "if ever I need". I would call for anything first. They go above and beyond in everything that they do. They are awesome. Absolutely recommend 100%. They even pulled over to help me with my truck. I felt bad that they did it all and wouldn't let me help. Great people!
