  Messy - They drop screws and nails all over the road and do not pick them up. US Metal Roofing is currently reroofing a neighbor's house. I drove over a screw that was in the road on Friday evening. I heard the screw, turned around, and brought my car back to my house. I walked back to where the roofers had been parked on the road and found five nails also lying in the drive lane. When the roofers were back on Monday, I walked over to tell them what happened. While I was talking to them, I found another screw in the road. The worker told me that they don't use the type of screw that was in my tire and I should call Keith, the manager. I called Keith and left a voicemail. He promptly returned my call but denied any wrongdoing. He said his workers indicated that a dumpster had been removed from another house on the street and they think that it is more likely that somebody besides a roofer dropped a sheet metal screw in the road. He admitted that all the other six fasteners found in the road are from his workers. Updated: Keith is correct that he did not admit that the other fasteners were the ones his workers use. However, his worker did. As I mentioned to Keith, we do not know for certain who dropped the specific sheet metal screw in the road on my street on a day that he had several sheet metal workers working and parked on my street, but the most likely scenario is that his workers dropped this screw. This suspicion is bolstered by the fact that they also dropped at least six other fasteners in the road. Keith also does not know if other contractors were working on my street on Friday, which house they were at, or what work they were doing.

  Hi Racheal, first and foremost. I never acknowledged that the nail or nails you found belonged to us. I did however state that we install standing seam metal roofs and use a very specific screw for installing them . The screw that you showed my men we have never used nor would have any use to use . I also let you know that there were other construction crews working at your other neighbors house . You acknowledged this ,but decided they couldn’t have been the one that dropped the screw because you think that they were doing masonry work and couldn’t possibly need to use a screw. The best part is you didn’t even know what type of work was being done on this neighbors house. It’s pretty obvious that we’re the only company still around to to point the finger at. As I stated earlier to you over the phone. If the screw that was in your tire was something that we actually have on our trucks. I would be happy to reimburse you for your tire.

  Their web site says that the service area is all of mass. I live in Pepperell, Mass and requested a proposal for a metal roof. It has been over a week and no response other than the Sales person, Bruce, said it would be ready over the weekend. However, no proposal as of yet and no updates. I think we are probably out of their service area. I think he should off just said we are not in the required location and just have been up front at the beginning. I also asked if US Metal would provide me with a proposal for Asphault as well as Metal and Bruce stated that they would not be interested in installing Ashhault even though their web site states they also do Asphalt roofs Really disappointing to say the least.   We just had our roof replaced, switched from asphalt shingles to metal. I honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It looks incredible! I chose U.S Metal roof because of the quality of materials they use. I wanted a roof that would last. The craftsmanship of the guys really stood out. Every detail was done right. You could tell the crew actually cared about the quality of their work and weren't just rushing to get to the next job. That kind of attention to detail is hard to find these days. The crew was polite and respectful the whole time; toward us, our property, everything. Hard workers who showed up and got it done. I highly recommend!

  Standing seam roof installed and came out fantastic. Really makes the building stand out in the street adding massive curb appeal compared to our last roof. Job was done very efficiently even with cars coming and going all day from our busy lot. Thanks guys. 10/10

  Workers were conscientious picking up the metal bits that dropped on the ground afterward. They were concise with cutting the materials on site for perfect fit and made our building look beautiful.   I love my new roof! These guys did an excellent job replacing an old corrugated metal roof over asphalt shingles with a beautiful new standing seam metal roof. The crew was fast, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly took pride in their work. Keith regularly communicated updates to me during the installation and sought clarification when appropriate. I am 110% satisfied with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again!

  Keith and US Metal Roofing are totally awesome. They did a stunningly beautiful gray metal roof for me and I told Keith I am actually in love with my roof! He didn’t sound surprised since he knows how good they are, but I will say it came out better than I even imagined it could. these guys are definitely the best!!!
