  Had a very big job lined up $40,000+ and they never got back with a quote despite following up multiple times.. originally came out in December and still no quote. Unfortunately I really wanted this company do do the work but I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere

  The guys at Tri-State Construction were great. Rafal was quick to respond to my call for a new roof. He always returned my calls promptly. The roof looks amazing. I would recommend them for any job. Thanks Tri-State!

  Just based on the first experience alone, when they came to give me a quote after an ice dam took my gutter off, these are good guys. Climbed through the snow to remove pieces of the siding that were hanging off for me. Totally didn’t have to do this, but were just being kind.

  My husband and I recently had a new roof put on our home by Tri State and truly cannot say enough good things about John, Raf, and the whole team. From start to finish we have been so impressed with the professionalism! First of all, John was incredibly responsive -- if you've tried contacting anyone about fixing anything in/on your home, you know how frustrating it can be to call, leave a message, and then...crickets. Not Tri State! John and Jay came out to scope the project the same day we called them. Practically unheard of! And when it came time to work on the roof the whole crew was thorough, professional, and such hard workers. The new roof looks incredible, they even fixed a couple leaky spots on our detached garage, and did a wonderful cleanup job. We are already planning on reaching out when we need some work done in the future -- and with a 120 year old house, there's never a shortage of work to be done! 10/10, highly recommend.

  I recently had Tri-State Construction install a brand-new roof and complete all the PVC vinyl trim on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was extremely efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and kept the job site clean throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They paid close attention to detail, addressed every question I had, and made sure the final product looked flawless. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and my home looks better than ever. I highly recommend Tri-State Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly cares about its customers. Excellent service and an excellent experience!   Excellent company, had a leak in my roof, they responded right away and had it fixed within 24 hours. Very glad to find a trustworthy business to help with home repairs that I can't do myself. Will definitely remain a customer and recommend to others. Greatly appreciate your help with the repair!

  Tri-State did a fabulous roofing job in 2018. When I called them this year with a possible roof leak they came to check it out immediately. Unusual these days to have a company where someone actually picks up the phone and graciously does what they say they're going to do. Not only did Raffel seem to figure out the quick repair but he fixed a gutter that had nothing to do with it. I highly recommend Tri-State.
