  News Day, Thursday January 1st you called at 2pm, we answered and told you that we would be by Friday to give you a free estimate. Friday January 2nd at 8:11am you text asking when we will be there. We did not respond. Friday January 2nd at 9:32AM you say "thank you for your response but unfortunately the communication is lacking transparency so I will call my roofing contractor to come by to help me with the situation." To which we answered "OK"..

  Hired this company to fix a flat rubber roof 2 years ago. They re- taped the seams. Two years later roof is leaking . Called Bill the owner there was no answer and his mailbox was full. He sent me a text saying he would call me at 11:00 well he never did. I called him for 2 days and it’s now day 3 . Had to get a new roofing contractor to come fix the leak which I was told was the seams which I thought odd because this is what I hired Bill to do and his work only lasted 2 years and he can’t be bothered to return calls. Also last Summer he told me he was coming to look at another building I own and never bothered to come.

  They came to my house to fix the my roof few months ago. Not sure if they fixed or not, they charged me almost 700$ and still leaking. I emailed them and get no response.

  I contacted this company to have a rubber roof replaced. The owner sent out one of his guys to look at the roof, and they were sure they could patch it instead. The roof was patched, but continues to leak. After the fifth or sixth callback I have stopped trying. Roof leaking into my house, causing significant damage inside the walls, to the interior, and to my personal property. Absolutely unacceptable, and worse still the owner never once came out to see the situation himself. I am only rating two stars instead of one because they were willing to come back out again and again to try and fix it, and because the price was reasonable for the theoretical fix. I wish I had more strongly insisted that they replace the roof, but you would hope you could trust the opinion of the roofer!

  Highly recommend Seven Hills. I have had a couple of siding repairs that required prompt service. Seven Hills is extremely responsive, professional and trustworthy. In each of my fixes the team was fair, prompt and completed jobs perfectly.

  Grat price; lower than original quote since something was less damaged than calculated. The difference not obvious but I was informed and bill adjusted down accordingly. They brought an "army of workers" ; many were non-English speakers but they had a superior work ethic and knew what they had to do. I believe there were 4 woman on the crew; they were particularly good workers. Everyone was polite. Most (including those on roof) were cheerful (often smiling). I did my due diligence when choosing a vendor. No one touched there pricing. No polished adds or slick sakesmanshp. Direct communication. This is the roofer you want. Where they perfect? No, but the little piddly things that weren't "perfection'" was trivial small bits of small pieces of shingles or nails left. I did a pick up after. Only thing I'd recommend is be sure any plants that need protection from small bits get covered well to lower the clean up- especially if the roofers are covering (vs. the ground crew). Still, I say THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT!

  Had a leak in one spot on my roof, gave them a call and they had someone out to take a look the next day. Got a very reasonable quote and a scheduled repair the next day. Great work and communication, highly recommend!

  Bill and his team were great to work with. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, scheduled the roof repair quickly, and was in regular communication. After the initial clean wasn’t complete, he made sure the job was completed to satisfaction quickly. Highly recommend!

  Seven Hills Roofing did a fantastic roof repair on our house. The crew was professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I especially liked how quickly they fixed the leak and the quality of the new asphalt shingles. Great service and friendly staff – highly recommend.
