I picked Urban NW from five roofers and I’m glad I did. From start to finish, Tom took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. His crew finished the job quickly despite the onset of fall weather and were meticulous in picking up afterwards. The price was competitive, reasonable and transparent.

My neighbors used Urban NW a year or so ago and was happy with the work. We replaced our roof this month with Tom and his crew. They did a great job and cleaned everything up before leaving. Easy to work with and competitive pricing

Tom communicated very well about the process. His crew was thorough and they were happy to take care of anything that came up. Work was beautiful. The crew took pictures of everything. So we could see the progress. Very impressed. I highly recommend Urban NW Construction.

Tommy was professional from the start. His company was on a short list of roofers I'd been referred to (4 total), and he was out of town while I was gathering bids. He returned my call promptly, and promised to be in touch when he returned. …

We called Tom because he had done the roof on my grandfather's house the prior summer and had done a good job. He quoted us a reasonable price for our manufactured home and detached garage for both a new roof and gutters, and had space in his schedule to accommodate our timeframe for listing our home for sale. I had a lot of questions and he was always available, polite, and knowledgable, and when the day for the replacement came his crew was able to get the entire thing done in the same day. The new roof and gutters look great, and we're grateful for the quality of workmanship, customer service, and expedited timing we received. We would definitely work with him again.

Tom & Urban NW replaced the roof on my garage, and working with them was great. They were very quick to get our project quoted and to get us on their schedule, they had very clear communication, and were both professional and friendly to deal with. I got quotes from 5x companies and their bid was the lowest, but also I found them to be the most straight shooting with what they were offering, being honest and knowledgable about what my project did and did not need. They made multiple improvements vs my previous roof, without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary (which I can't say about the other companies). In the end the work got done quickly, the results look great, and they left my property cleaner than they found it. I would 100% work with them again.

I am happy with my new roof. Tom and his crew did an excellent job in replacing my roof. They finished in two days. Tom and his crew were punctual, polite, and hard working. They also did a good job at cleaning up afterward.

My experience with Urban NW was very good. Tom was very friendly and communicative. They came in with a fair bid and I felt that I could trust them to do the work that needed to be done. Tom walked through all the details both before they started and after the job was completed - which made me more confident in the work they did. They finished in record time - 2 days - and it looks great!

I called about 10 roofing companies and got 5-6 of them showed up and gave me quotes. Half of them seem to be sales guys. But Tom showed up himself and gave me a reasonable bid (I checked with my next door neighbor who got his roof replaced …
