This company may work well with the people that pay for the services, but they have no respect for the tenants that live in apartment complexes. Not only are the upper floor balconies having their things damaged, but the trash and nails getting left all over is not any better. The workers rarely pick up the trash left all over and will laugh at you if you ask them to do so. My Husband and a few of my neighbors with kids have asked for them to please pick up because of the safety of our kids. Another major issue we have had is them throwing the debris off the over 20-foot-tall roof into a small trailer that fits into a single car parking spot, where if missed will shatter off the side of the trailer causing projectiles to be thrown outwards at cars and unsuspecting tenants. I myself have almost had a 2x4 with nails hit me while trying to move my things out of the way. (Which I have video and picture proof) They are unsafe, and I will be making complaints to the BCD, OSHA, and a few other organizations that should be updated with this companies' safety protocol or lack thereof.

With all the respect. We were hire by upper management. All notices were given to tenants what they should expect during the tear off process. During the the tear off we can not be 100% clean, after tear off we clean our working areas %100. I am not sure why your management did not notify you about this. Yes SAFTY is our number one concern ESPECIALLY with young kids around. My office number is all over our dump trailer and our trucks. You can always give me a call to discuss your concerns. ( I did not get any calls). I dont understand why you have to write a bad review for my company where I am not working with you directly. I did everything on my part to make sure job gets done and on schedule, ordered by your management. He is my direct line 503.997.0836. Please call me with any concerns. I would appreciate you removing this review as it does not involve us contracted together. This is something you bring up to your management. I would be more then happy to fix any wrong doing as long as I know about it. With all love and respect Alex Kotel Owner.

Greater Purpose Roofing is my go to roofing company! As a Realtor, I see a lot of roofing issues that need addressing, and this is always my first call - they are extremely timely, honest, and great for any roof install or repair.

We had a very unique residential roof that needed to be replaced. It had a TPO roofing system, which is typically used on commercial buildings. The roof had been tarped, and most companies that came out to provide a quote wanted nothing to do with the project. Greater Purpose Construction sent out an estimator who carefully evaluated the roof and confidently took on the job. Their team was punctual, professional, and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We highly recommend Greater Purpose Construction for both residential and commercial roofing projects!

Greater Purpose Construction Just come,Reed work replacing our roof. It was a job that included taking off an old roof consisting of wood shingles, putting base plywood and new shingles. The roofers were very good - working quickly and carefully. They cleaned up the site well each evening as well as at the end. Working with the supervisors was easy as they were responsive and very helpful. I recommend them highly and will share their name with my friends and family.

Greater Purpose was great to work with. Did exactly what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. Would definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

A tear off and re-roof is a big job, with plenty of room for problems. I’m happy to say that we had zero problems with the job from Greater Purpose Construction; from the proposal to the QA guy coming to inspect the finished work it went …

Getting a roof repair in Portland done right comes down to having a clear process, and that's something Greater Purpose Roofing takes seriously on every single repair call, big or small. Homeowners deserve to know exactly what happens between that first phone call and the moment their roof actually stops leaking. Here's how a typical repair goes with us: 1. You reach out, describe the issue, and we schedule a time to come look, often within a day or two. 2. Our roofer inspects the specific problem area up close, checking flashing, shingles, decking, and anything nearby contributing to the leak or damage. 3. We explain exactly what we found and give you a straightforward repair quote, no confusing add-ons or pressure toward a full replacement. 4. Once approved, our crew fixes the actual problem, maybe a section of shingles, flashing around a vent, or a soft spot in the decking. 5. We double-check the repair holds up properly, clean up all debris from the work area, and walk you through exactly what was done. 6. You get documentation on the repair and a warranty covering the work, so you're not left wondering if it'll hold. Storm damage and sudden leaks don't follow a schedule, so we also handle emergency repair calls when something needs attention right away: a limb through the roof, water coming through the ceiling, anything urgent like that. Reach out, and we'll get someone assessing the damage fast, day or night.1 day agoLearn more
