Please avoid this company. We had them come replace bathroom vents. They installed it wrong from the start by folding the ventilation hose to force it to fit. They had to come back out to "fix" it that week. Supposedly everything was fine. But a few months later I had a contractor out who happened to go in the attic. While in the attic he found that the vent was completely disconnected. Additionally, it had been rigged together originally with duct tape. So again I had them out to fix it. At this point the wood paneling had black discoloration which several contractors had identified as mold. Bliss denied that it was mold, and while they were "fixing" the vents (again) they spray painted my attic to hide the mold! If it isn't mold, why are you painting my attic without permission? Now the process for dealing with the mold is that much more complicated.

These people have breached our contract in various areas and I have since learned they are using unskilled cheap labor even though their prices are higher than anyone. I have a small 1176 sq ft home. 5/22/26 had to babysit crew & stop them …

DO NOT USE these people. I have a small 1176 sq ft home. 5/22/26 had to babysit crew & stop them from putting the shingles on BEFORE removing the bad plywood. All day I had to tell the crew what was supposed to happen. Shingles added and my roof came out looking "warpy". ripples that were not from tresses or the shingles themselves. I was told to give it a month of warm weather "hopefully" the shingles will relax and warpy effect is alleviated. The crew left their trash for me to clean up. 5/23/26 no real clean-up effort & roof looked terrible. They also failed to do items outlined in our contract. Quentin came out 5/26/26 & agreed the roof was not to "their specs". 6/2/26 New crew sent to the house. 1st crew used very long nails EVERYWHERE. So my eaves now have large nail holes & cracked wood where they had used the wrong nails. Before Bliss, the eaves were fine - now I have nail holes/cracks that look like trash. Bliss feels "its fine" and I'm expected to deal with a subpar roof (Their gen. manager agreed its subpar). I expected my home to look better not worse. They used magnet & completely missed a bunch of nails & staples that fell 2-3 ft away from house. I have dogs. 6/17/26, I found 4 roofing nails just outside my living room windows, where my dogs like to lay down. My invoice contained items not used on my house. Supposedly a refund of those items is on its way to me. As of 8/7/26 no refund has been received. After Crew 2 was "done" with my roof, no one came out to check the work. "The guys signed off that everything was done". Bliss does not understand that just because a worker says it was done does not mean it was in fact done or done correctly. Everyone asks "whats up with your roof?" and points out all the defects and errors with it. Only input from Bliss: lets give it a month" & "please don't post a review". 8/7/26 Update: As of 8/7/26, Additional issues found. Part of roof install done by company is not up to code per 2 other roofing companie

Way too pushy. I don’t need to give you 90 minutes of my time to quote a roof. Apparently has a very rigid sales routine that I don’t need to participate in.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry we weren't the right fit for your expectations. To clarify, we never had the opportunity to meet with you or inspect your roof. Our only interaction consisted of a few text messages explaining our inspection process and why we ask homeowners to be available during the appointment. We believe it's important to thoroughly evaluate the roof, discuss findings, answer questions, and provide an accurate recommendation rather than simply leaving a number. We respect that our process isn't for everyone, and there is never any obligation to move forward. We do ask that conversations remain respectful toward our team members, who were simply explaining our services and trying to help. We wish you the best with your roofing project.

I was happy with them, but I got a leak and it seems they are taking theirs time to get back with me,it’s been two or three months I had them install my roof and a fifteen year warranty, still have not heard from them on when someone can come and fix it,so dissatisfied now.

This company recorded my conversation when I did not give consent. I hope that’s not the case with other homeowners - be aware. Found out the hard way.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this caused concern and understand why you felt uncomfortable. We want to clarify that we do sometimes utilize an internal training and quality assurance feature to help coach and develop our inspectors so we can continue improving the homeowner experience. There is certainly no nefarious intent behind this process. That said, we understand the importance of transparency and respect your perspective. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue to improve how we communicate with homeowners.

Paul was great to work with. However their communication is very poor. A 2 day repair turned into a 2 weeks. They never contacted me. I was always the one to reach out and ask what’s going on? No one ever took accountability for mistakes and miscommunication on their end. They only called me once it was time to collect payment. And with that being said it really makes me question their workmanship and my confidence in it. I guess I’ll find out the next time we have a wind or rain storm.

I contracted with Bliss and they didn’t tell me they would be subbing out the job to someone else. The sub didn’t really understand what he was there to do. I think once I explained it all to him he did good work. But next time I will contract directly with him

    Reply from the business

Scott, we sincerely apologize for miscommunication on the scope of work. The roof inspector who visited your home is currently on paternity leave and Shanna worked diligently to try and get the information of what was needed from him. Bliss Roofing has several employee crews but do work with a handful of sub contractors that are primarily former employees. Thank you for the feedback and we will look into this further.

We are very pleased and satisfied with our new and improved roof. Micah provided an estimate and got the process going including a convenient start date. Cesar Morales, site manager, did a wonderful job preparing for the work, communicating throughout, and doing a final inspection of the roof. The crew was hard working, productive, and skilled. And finally, the office was helpful and timely.

The Bliss crew that did my roof did a fantastic job, start to finish. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I found Alex a friendly efficient person to work with. They were all very hard workers, even in the heat. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them 100!!

I’m happy to be able to delete my previous review of Bliss Roofing.. I had a lot of issues with my roof and I’m pleased to say Zak and Preston went above and beyond to fix all issues I had. Angle and his crew were amazing and did a fantastic job replacing the roof. Zak and Preston kept me in the loop though out the process and answered all my questions.. I can’t thank them enough for treating my home as it was their own..

Just to preface this review, I am writing it for the bidding process only. I wanted to thank Sam Chinn who came out to look at my property and to give information about Bliss and the options for getting a new roof. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was also willing to make a trip out on Sunday which was very helpful since I work on weekdays! Sam was also always available to help answer any questions I had, I just wasn't able to take advantage of it like I should have. For those planning on getting a new roof, I would suggest doing more research ahead of time about what it all entails, and be ready to ask questions and have a dialogue with those providing estimates. It would have been very beneficial with someone like Sam as your point of contact, since you can get a lot more from the process. Ultimately I wasn't able to commit to paying as much as it would take to go with Bliss for actually replacing the roof, but for those willing to pay more for a high quality of service (and who know more than I do about what quality entails in this process), I would suggest reaching out to Bliss. Hopefully you'll also get a chance to work with Sam, and I'm sure you'll be as happy with the process as I was. Thank you again!

Delightful chief roofer! He is the only one we talked to. They got right to work and completed the work in one very HOOT day. We are assuming it will not leak again but that we won't know until winter.

    Reply from the business

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with our Chief Roofer and that the project was completed quickly—even on such a hot day. Our crew takes a lot of pride in doing quality work while respecting our customers' time. We certainly hope your roof stays dry for many winters to come, but if you ever have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate you trusting us with your home and thank you again for your recommendation!
