  I have to put my foot down. The level of harassment I have received from this company in the last 2 weeks is insanity. They have rung my doorbell multiple times during my work day while I am trying to work from home. They have accosted me while getting into my car. They have tried to talk to me while I'm in front of my house while gardening. They have left flyers and cards. I cannot take it anymore. I will not be harassed by this company anymore and if leaving a negative review is the only way to make them stop then so be it. I will never hire this company for anything in the future ever. Stop leaving flyers. Stop ringing my doorbell. Stop harassing me. I have said "no" many times. I won't be hiring your company. Thanks.

We're a local, family-owned business, and we knock because it's still how many homeowners here find a contractor they can actually trust with their home.   John and Jenn Hess are a great team and were a pleasure to work with. They worked closely with my insurance company after a huge branch from our Silver Maple tree fell on our roof caving it in and causing horrible damage inside and out! We felt like John was our advocate as well as out general contractor. We have dealt with many contractors over the 35 plus years we have lived in our home, and John Hess was the BEST!

  If you are looking to replace your roof look no further this is the company you want to go with. They truly take care of their customers and made sure we included everything that was damaged after the hail storm. Jennifer and John communicate every step of the way and made sure to answer all our questions.

  I had a great experience with my recent roof replacement in March 2025 and siding repair in April 2025. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. A special shout-out to the project manager - Abdalla, who made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He provided incredibly detailed information, walked me through each step, and explained any potential issues that could arise. He also offered valuable guidance on how to work with my insurance company, which made a big difference. They clearly communicated timelines, explained each step of the process, and completed the work on schedule. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—I feel confident and relieved knowing my home is now well-protected. It’s not every day you find a crew that works this smoothly and leaves everything cleaner than they found it. They provide a 5-year warranty for labor (some restriction for changing owners though). Highly recommend!

  Urban Exteriors made my roof replacement so easy and worry free. Abdalla was wonderful and very professional. He explained the entire process and made sure we understood everything from materials used to labor and warranty. The job was done right and in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to friends.
