  Do not hire these guys. Terrible work creating a 8 million dollar lawsuit for the HOA of our property. Now homes are unable to be sold due to their negligence and terrible work. Installed siding over old siding. Roof shingles coming up in under a year. Do not work with this company for any reason.

We strive for excellence in every aspect of our work and we stand behind the work we do. All of our installations pass inspections conducted by local authorities and our work is warrantied. I don’t know where you got the false information about our work contained in your review because you are not one of our customers, but you have been misinformed. We request that you delete this false and misleading review.

  Blue Spruce Roofing and Exterior was referred by a family member. They said they were very pleased with the outcome of the work. They said I should call and speak with Blaine. He was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. He was patient, friendly and very professional. Blaine and his team were able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. His response time was timely. I am so glad we got to work with him! Thanks for everything.

  Jason and the Blue Spruce team were great to work with from beginning to end. We had a siding repair situation. I consulted with many companies on the right approach, and we are happy we selected Blue Spruce. We got a fair price, and Jason also talked about mitigation from the beginning so we wouldn't end up with the same problem again. The work was well done, and they even came back for some last tweaks for our unique situation to make sure we were fully satisfied with the work. We are also looking at a roof replacement, and Jason did a thorough inspection and report to us of the state of our roof, which was much more detailed that we have seen from other companies.

  Calvin, Julia and their team @ Blue Spruce Roofing & Exteriors did a masterful job of recently replacing the Mansard style roof on our home with a new class 4 stone coated steel roof and commercial flat roof. It was a complex roof with many angles, levels and elevations that took over a month to complete which included replacing most of our roof decking, building up the flat roof for better drainage and using the industry’s most durable and long lasting PVC membrane. Calvin and Julia worked with multiple adjusters from our insurance carrier to negotiate the replacement of our roof, gutters and metalwork with little out of pocket cost. The new roof has helped us save significantly on our new annual homeowners insurance premium and most of all, improved the quality, visibility and value of our home. Thank you Calvin, Julia and your team for your honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, negotiating skills and for installing a new roof that will last a lifetime. We already have Blue Spruce Roofing & Exteriors scheduled to replace all of our windows later this year. We would highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need a new roof, gutters, siding or windows. You'll be happy you did!
