Soliciting my personal phone number when I'm on the Federal Do Not Call registry. Not a great look. I'll certainly never be giving Tim my business.

Upper West were referred to us. Every aspect of this process exceeded expectations. The crew and materials arrived as scheduled and the complete job took 2.5 days. The crew did an excellent job and worked very well together. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up debris and used a magnet device to retrieve any loose nails and screws. Photos of each day’s work were sent to us. Roofing is a very competitive trade full of companies who promise a lot and deliver very little. If supporting a local business is important to you and you are concerned about value for money then you should seriously consider Upper West. Thanks for taking time to read this genuine revew.

They did a great job! Fast and efficient, we had a leak from a storm, they came and put a tarp on the room immediately, and came by the next week to put a whole new roof on.

Thanks for the kind words Brandon! I am glad our team was able to get an emergency tarp in place, and coordinate a quick turn around on a Roof Replacement for you! The conversion to an Owens Corning Premium Duration Shingle from your existing Cedar Shake will give you decades of protection, and much easier maintenance!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. First off the roof looks freaking gorgeous, who knew I would stand in front of my house admiring it? 2. So easy to work with and patient with my flakiness. Wow, troopers. 3. FAST, like how can anyone do …

Professional setup and great work. They reached out quickly after I made a call. They gave clear quote and their technician was on time. They made a patch on my roof on a bad weather day, talks for their commitment. They are licenced and Insured too unlike others. Would highly recommend.
