I was working from home while they replaced some of our cedar shingles, I thought I wouldn't be able to take any Zoom calls untill they were done. But the crew was actually pretty respectful of the noise. Dave even checked in with me before starting the loudest part. Tip for other customers: ask them for the early morning slot if you need to plan your meetings around the hammering.

We were celebrating buying our first home but then found a leak during the inspection, we got so stressed it would ruin our budget. King Quality saved the day. They did the flat roof repair for 2200, which was way lower than we expected. Now we can finally celebrate in peace. Already told my friends about them.

I was out with friends talking about my leaky roof and they all told me to call this place. I was a bit skeptical but texted them right from the restaurant. They got back to me so fast. The follow-up communication was great, they sent a detailed text quote first thing Monday morning for the repair and did alot of follow-up to make sure we were happy. Very professional, were definitely using them again.

I work remotely from home full-time so having a roof replaced was pretty terrifying, I thought I'd have to go to a cafe. Honestly it wasnt nearly as bad as I feared. The crew worked fast and were super respectful of my Zoom calls, they even let me know before they did the loudest parts. Great communication. Will be back.

Anyone else hate dealing with roofers? i stopped by their office on 14th Ave on impulse after driving past, didn't have high hopes since I didn't have an appointment. But the guy at the desk was super friendly, talked to me for 15 minutes about my garage roof. Got a quote for 1500 and booked it. Glad we went.

Used one of those massive national roofing chains last year and it was a total joke, they overcharged and never called back. King Quality was the exact opposite. Tbh I wasn't sure if a local place would be as fast, but they fixed my skylight leak for about 800 bucks. No leaks since then. Definately a better experience. Worth it.

Just moved to the area and was driving through South Seattle when I saw there office. I wasn't sure what to expect since I'm new here and heard Seattle prices are crazy, but their quote for a moss treatment was actually super fair. Visited them around lunchtime on Sunday to ask some questions and they were so helpful. Definately using them again.

Heard good things about this place from my neighbor but I was still super hesitant because of all the bad contractor stories you hear. Honestly thought they'd charge me an arm and a leg just to look at my gutters. Dave came out and he wasnt …

had them replace my roof last month and i was so worried it would be a total nightmare with my kids running around. I thought the noise would drive us crazy but the crew was actually really quiet during there lunch break and even let my son look at the big truck. They finished the whole tear off in two days, was so relieved. Definitely going back to them if we need more work.

our roof started leaking during that massive storm last week and we needed someone fast. I ordered their emergency tarping service online, honestly thought it would take days for them to show up. But they literally arrived by Sunday …

I own a few rental properties around Seattle and always dread dealing with roofing issues, I used to think all local roofers were just trying to rip me off. But these guys have done three of my houses now and they're always great. They actually came out on a Sunday around lunchtime to check a leak for me at a duplex. The price for the patch was super reasonable, think it was like $450. And they didn't try to upsell me on a whole new roof. New regular customer for life.

Ellis and his crew did an amazing job with our roof. They identified all the issues with water damaged boards, replaced them and installed gutter extensions from the second floor to stop water from pouring out during heavy rains. We are extremely happy with the crew and how they carried themselves during the installation
