  I have different experience than most of the reviews here. I had a free scheduled roof inspection on Friday evening as I am close to replacing my roof. 2 guys came in for inspection who were friendly, did all their job of inspecting roof and windows. Took time to explain everything that GAF offers and also shared info on the 50 year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty details and transferable option everything went well. When they started sharing price, their 1st question is how much I can afford instead of what price they offer for the work at hand. I understand they can’t share all details of their pricing but they can be genuine in how they price. I said I can afford 500-600 per month and their estimate was $80k for a 2400 sft single family home. Nobody in the past gave such huge number for roof replacement and they started pushing to sign contract. I wasn’t really comfortable as the price was outrageous which later they reduced to $40k. As I grew more and more concerned they as I compared it with other vendor I recently received estimate from they started blaming them saying such people will charge 40% extra over contract, which thy don’t have to. Finally since I couldn’t sign contract on the same day before conforming with other folks for reviews on their work they were mad and left unhappy. Could have been better experience.

  I used this company to fixed my roof a few months ago. They did something /damaged to my roof in a different areas. I called them no responses back. I have to get another company to get the roof repaired. If you use this company to fix your roof, you must be watching them what they do to your roof.

  Shelly, we are sorry that you feel this way. we understand that the home have been sold so unless the new home owner is contacting us we cant go back but we would if you still owned it. the repair we have made was to correct a roof leak that was from another roofing company work, we repaired it and the repaired worked. any other opinions were unbeknownst to us and those opinions was about the general roof condition, not the specific repair we made. again, if you were still the home owner we will happily come back and take care of any issues. how ever according to the roof inspection the new home owner did and according to her real estate agent who helped her buying the property the repair we did is effective and there is no reason for us to come back.

  I have a sign on my house that says, DO NOT DISTURB and NO SOLICITING. Yet your salesman decided to ring my doorbell anyway. Any company that can not respect a homeowners wants to not be bothered with your business does not deserve your business. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. Train your salesmen better. Update: I will say they did message me and apologized and will work on re-training their staff to follow homeowner needs/requests. For that, I will update my review from 1 star to 3.

  These guys knocked it out of the park. Courteous, on time, cleaned the jobsite impeccably and helped coordinate with our tenant and neighbor. They installed a beautiful new roof and gutters. With Dmitri as a rep and Alex as a crew manager I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you and your team for an outstanding job well done.

  NearMe Roofing was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They walked through the process at the beginning, including an inspection of the attic and insulation. They also presented some financing options if I didn't want to do my own. They have a 50 year warranty, and the new roof has much better ventilation which will help it last longer, compared to my old roof. They used high quality GAF shingles. They did the job in 2 days, working as long as there was light out. I loved that they were willing to do most of the communication via text since I'm hard of hearing. As painful as having to buy a new roof is, the whole process was very smooth and easy. I highly recommend NearMe Roofing!

  A few days after installation, I noticed something that concerned me near a vent area. I called expecting a long wait for a response, but someone came out the next day to inspect it. They explained everything, made a minor adjustment, and put my mind at ease. Excellent follow-up service.

  The installation crew was respectful, prompt and courteous. Alex’s team cranked out a huge house in a day and a half finding and repairing issues as they went. Appreciate how they did and was easy to communicate with the mai office too.

  Couldn't be happier with the service and quality we received from NearMe Roofing. The communication with the project manager, Elijah, was exceptional from start to finish. He was wonderful to work with and was available throughout the entire project. The cost of the project was extremely competitive, the actual work was completed in just a few days and the final product looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

  I recently hired NearMe Roofing to replace old roof. We had a good experience from start to finish. They did a deep-dive inspection, including check crawl space for leakage, to provide accurate quote. Their pricing was fair and competitive for the high quality of work provided. And they patiently answer every questions about materials and process. The installation was flawless with great attention to details. They also fixed some gutter problem during roof installation. They cleanup the job site every evening before leaving. If you need a reliable roofer, look no further than NearMe roofing.
