They did work for us and it’s leaking tried to reach out multiple times about warranty work and get nothing or get ignored. Tried multiple numbers and they end up ignoring all of them when warranty work is brought up!

Update: unfortunately the work has not held up less than a year later. A subsequent roofing company inspected the work and found sub-par nails being used. I have reached out multiple times for warranty help but I have had no response from Universal Roofing Specialists. I regret that I can no longer recommend them due to the roof issues and no response to address it. Original: I had some roof tiles that were falling off the edge of my house. I received 2 quotes to repair the roof. I am very happy we chose Universal Roofing Specialists. They were so responsive, professional, and communicative. The work was done in a timely manner and appears to be good quality. Their price was competitive as well. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family and I will use them for any of my future roofing needs.

We have used Universal Roofing Specialist LLC before, and DeShawn has always done an excellent job. He is professional, reliable, shows up on time, and does quality work at a very fair price. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust when it comes to home repairs, but DeShawn is definitely someone we trust. We have been very happy with his work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.

I just had Universal Roofing Specialists clean and check my tile roof. The tiles that were out of line were straightened and one cracked one replaced. I will definitely have them back after monsoon season The last monsoon caused a leak and water was leaking through my soffit in my front eave. I emailed them on Sunday afternoon and they were there Monday morning to inspect. Later that day I received a proposal, which I thought was very reasonable and authorized them to proceed. They came on Friday and completed the job in about 3 hours. I'm keeping their information at hand for any future problems and probably a re-roofing in 5 o6 years.

DeShawn and his team were excellent. They were respectful of us and our property. They went above and beyond to meet with us and the insurance adjuster to assist in getting our roof covered. We highly recommend them to fix or repair your roof.
