  WARNING!!! CAUTION!!! Don’t make the horrible mistake we made by hiring this company. Do your own research and check with the Arizona ROC. Do a search on the Arizona contractors website. The deeper you look the more you will find. Our 3 day simple contract turned into 2 weeks. The worst job of roofing imaginable. Our Local building inspector suggested filling a claim with the ROC. They sent 3 separate inspectors, one supervisor to our home on 3 separate visits and gave Castile 3 separate mandates to fix our roof. All were ignored by Castile. Castile filed an appeal and the case was settled in 8 hours of courtroom testimony. The courts ruled against Castile 100% and they ruled Castile did a subpar job. The judge ruled Castile did not follow manufacturer’s installation instructions and did not adhere to our contract. We paid another company to strip and replace the leaking roof that (and repair water damages) Castile installed. Castile was ordered to pay for that second roof. We paid Castile $12,500. After Castile’s original work the final repairs to our home cost Castile around $15,000. All said and done it took 2 years, 3 independent building inspections, 3 ROC inspections, 2 independent roofing inspections, 2 days of stucco repair, over 300 emails, dozens of phone calls, thousands of pages of critical documents, over 200 pictures, 8 hours in a courtroom, removal of 40 solar panels twice (5K x2) and 2 complete roof installations. If this sounds like something you might want to go through, this could be the company you’re looking for. Do some serious research before signing with Castile. If you have time to waste, just Google any of their many “locations” and be surprised at what you see at those “locations”. Hint….. you won’t see any Castile signs. Castile refused all mandates from the ROC. Castile didn’t bother to attend on site inspections they were invited to. We filed paperwork to their bonding company. The bond paid their maximum of $9K.   Do NOT use this company. They ignore phone calls, emails, and texts and don't fix repairs correctly. Incompetent, unprofessional and lazy. Only care about jobs involving full roof repair, and ignore people who need cheap, smaller jobs done. They say someone will come out and no one never does, or they do the job without even checking in with us when they start and finish. Clearly cut corners and are sketch bc they replaced some roof tiles by hammering them in and sloppily slapping mortar up that looks like my kindergartener could do better. Roof tiles repeatedly keep falling off a year later- they obviously can't seem to care to fix it correctly. Thankfully no one has gotten hurt from the tiles falling off repeatedly. My father in law pointed out that he noticed the flashing was gone in the problem areas and the wood is now rotting underneath. Wouldnt they have noticed that the first time or second or third??? Dont trust them at all. CG professional services overall lack quality but thede guys take the cake for being our worst experience by far. Call a company from the valley. We are having someone else check it out and fix it at this point and are just out $500.

  Very disappointed!!! I set up an appointment for Dec 8th and I haven't heard a word from them at all. I called again 5 days ago and still haven't received a call back. Not sure what their problem is but it's very disappointing.

  Hi Mari, Sorry to hear you had a less than excellent experience. There were concerns after the new roof was installed, and the tech we put on it wasn't doing a good enough job getting it done. We agreed there were areas that could've been in better shape, and we sent our most experienced crew out to do so. They paid multiple visits to fix areas on the roof, and re-did a large part of the patio, to make sure it was 100%. We also extended the warranty on your roof to show that we stand behind our work. Mistakes happen, but it's all about how you handle them that counts. I certainly wish the tech had done a better job from the beginning, but we did make sure to make your roof 100%. At this point in time, we addressed all of your concerns and provided a longer warranty. If there are other issues you still have that I'm unaware of, you have had my cell phone and e-mail for quite a while here. We will happily return if you think there are other issues that need addressing. As other customers can attest to, we stand behind any work that we do, regardless of the magnitude of the mistake. I would hope all of our other glowing reviews show that.   We were down to the wire on closing the sale of our home when we found out the previous person hired to do some roof repairs didn’t perform. I contacted Alex at Castile Roofing and he took care of the issues within a few days notice. He was very responsive, helpful and saved the home sale. I would highly recommend Castile Roofing. They were responsive, thorough, and fair.

  Johnny and his crew from the very first day were very cordial respectful picked up every day after they were done. I would highly recommend them awesome work..I'm a former general contractor and like to give a shout out to his crew Adrian and Raphael left the job immaculate it was a pleasure working with Johnny and his crew.   I tried other roofers in Casa Grande and no one would help. Until Castile roofing came to my rescue. I had a loose roof tile on the corner and John glued it back on, then inspected the roof, fixed a couple of things and left refusing payment! What a great couple of guys! Highly recommend

  I had a tile fall off my roof after a storm and I was concerned. Since I was not willing to check out my roof, not good with ladders, I called Castile. They came out and inspected the roof and found no other dammage. They even put the tile back and checked on a nail on the side. I am so pleased with the company and very happy there was nothing seriously wrong. They didn't charge anything for the inspection. I am so relieved and will call them again If I have any roofing concerns. Thanks so much!!!

  Johnny, Chris, and Antonio just completed my roof repair for a leak. I must say they worked great together, and did a great job repairing my roof. I would highly recommend Castile Roofing for all your roofing needs. What I really liked is they repaired large enough areas to make sure no future potential leaks show up .

  The contractor has been out twice. They have done a great job replacing some tikes on our roof. They go outside the box to fix what needs to be fixed on their recommendation. They are not over priced, and they schedule within a matter of time, not weeks. Very friendly and patient. We highly recommend this company

  I have worked with Castile Roofing on a couple of jobs, always good advice and good pricing. They company uses best products and flexible with stated dates and willing to mo e on a project quick if need be Johnny there field Supervisor and installer does a great job. Will use them again
