  Nathan why are you replying on a review that doesn’t apply to me As far as being combative please restrain from false accusations, remember I did record the conversation and truth be told the fingers pointed to you Consumers. I have emails and voice recordings of Nathan himself being rude and unprofessional and Uncooperative to my Property mangers when asked to honor the warranty I will be taking you to court for putting my name on someone else’s review as well as not upholding a contractual obligation Consumers stay away from this company

  This person is leaving multiple bad reviews. It’s the same person using different names and account accounts. Spencer 4 Hire Roofing Installed a shingle roof on this house eight years ago (completed on 3-20-17). We were called out for an inspection, April 2025 and informed the homeowners they needed a shingle roof maintenance. This was the first time we were out to inspect the home since installation of the shingle roof. We do free annual inspections upon request from home owners. During an annual inspection if there is any maintenance issues found we write up maintenance. Calling to schedule an annual inspection and maintaining your roof is key in the performance and lifecycle of your roofing system. The wood fascia around the Perimeter of the roof needs to be caulked and painted to protect the wood against our harsh Arizona elements. Upon inspection, it was obvious that the fascia has not been protected. It is warped pulled away from the trusses, has dry-rot cracks, and actual rot in some areas. This was found all the way around the house. This property has not been maintained at all not just the roof, but the whole house has been neglected. Maribel Leon & Jose Rodriguez are the owners of this rental property. I talked to Maribel Leon yesterday when she called the office and informed her she needed a maintenance. She informed me she was recording the call and was going to give it to her lawyer. She was very combative and disrespectful to me and my staff. We do everything we can to ensure that the roofing systems that we install have the optimal amount of service life. tThis why we do free annual inspections and try to keep our maintenance price’s reasonable.   We discovered a roof leak in our garage (built in 2002) in the fall of 2025 and had Taylor come inspect and quote us on repair and replacement options. We were very pleased with the price we were quoted and scheduled underlayment replacement with 15 year warranty. Jose and his crew did a great job the 4 days that they were here. Nathan, John and Andrea were all helpful with the process and communication. After completion we were satisfied with their cleanup and explanation of what was done during the replacement. We will recommend Spencer 4 Hire to all of our neighbors!

  I am so impressed with the job the Spencer team did on our roof. The team from the sales, administration, managers and especially the crew. Every day on time, kept property clean for 4 days. Management showed up every day for comments or questions. I liked that. The new roof is excellent. We couldn't be happier to make the decision to have Spencer take care of our roof.   They did an excellent job and even made a couple of improvements to the existing roof, larger area around the rooftop A/C to prevent accidently stepping on the tiles and an under roof drain in the event of a water backup behind the chimney.
