We hired this roofing company for a roof replacement. After work began, we were charged additional fees for tile replacement that were not clearly disclosed or outlined in the contract. We paid under protest to avoid a lien. During the dispute over these charges, we felt pressured to pay additional amounts. We have also filed a complaint with the Arizona ROC regarding the billing practices. Communication around pricing was not transparent, and I would strongly recommend homeowners ensure all potential costs are clearly documented in writing before proceeding. They are horrible! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Every customer is given a price sheet for tile and wood when we give them their estimate. Contract states that any changes are agreed by cuatomer. Customer signed the contract. We welcome an on site meeting with ROC

I had to sue this company. They dumped all of the old shingles into my pool and permanently damaged the plaster. They lied in court saying that my pool was already damaged. I won the court case because the judge could see the damage that they caused.

This was from years ago. Also coming from a renter, not a homeowner. Roof was in fact dried in; microburst came. We've been through all the legalities of this years ago.

One of their drivers was driving extremely fast and aggressive and almost hit me and other drivers on the hwy. He almost ran a moving van off the road also good thing that driver swerved out of the way.

I live out of state, but needed to help my elderly parents in North Scottsdale get their roof redone. I found Almeida Roofing online and was able to coordinate everything for my parents' home. Their team was super helpful for our situation and easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process even though I couldn't be there in person, which I really appreciated since that's not really common with most contractors.

Outstanding service from Almeida Roofing! Their team is highly professional, responsive, and completed our project right on schedule. The pricing was really fair for the job done, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and didn't leave any nails or debris behind.
