Utilized United Roofing for an attic overhaul / insulation job. House was built in the 1960s and it was nearly impossible to keep our 2nd floor cool during the hottest months of summer. Jeremiah came onsite and presented a comprehensive written plan to increase our energy efficiency with several options. We had them remove the old, inefficient insulation, properly vent the bathroom fans, blow in new insulation, replace the flooring and create a heat barrier above the attic stairs. The difference was immediate. We are able to keep it comfortable upstairs even on the hottest of days. They were prompt, communicative, professional, reasonably-priced and did exception work. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brian, thank you for the incredible review and for trusting United Roofing Company with your attic insulation and ventilation project. Homes built in the 1960s often struggle with energy efficiency because of inadequate insulation and improper attic ventilation, so we’re thrilled to hear the difference was immediate. Our goal was to design a complete solution—not just add insulation—by removing the old material, properly venting the bathroom fans, installing new blown-in insulation, replacing the attic flooring, and adding an insulated attic stair cover to reduce heat transfer. We believe homeowners deserve a clear, written plan with options so they can make informed decisions that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and the long-term health of their home. Thank you for recognizing our team's professionalism and communication, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We’re always here to help with attic insulation, ventilation, roofing, and exterior services throughout Jackson and West Tennessee.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, kept me in the loop, and knocked the work out efficiently. The crew worked hard, paid attention to the details, and left everything clean when they were done. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Roof inspection by United Roofing exposed a layer of build up on the shingles , they did a soft wash on the shingles . This helped to expose a good layer of shingles. Thank you again. Would recommend work to anyone

  Reply from the business

Gene, we appreciate you trusting United Roofing Company with your home in East Jackson, TN. During the roof inspection, identifying that layer of buildup on the shingles was key—because over time, algae and debris can hide the true condition of a roofing system. The soft wash allowed us to safely clean the roof without damaging the shingles and reveal the actual surface underneath, giving you a clearer picture of its condition and helping extend its lifespan. Thank you again for the opportunity, and we’re glad we could provide a solution that protects your roof the right way. If anyone in Jackson or West Tennessee needs a professional roof inspection, roof cleaning, or soft wash service, we’re always here to help.
