  I want to publicly say I’ve never used this company nor do I plan to because of the fact they have disregarded the no soliciting signs and the no trespassing signs all throughout my yard, and they have already came out twice within this last week one after another. I understand door-to-door is what helps a business, but please be mindful of the people who don’t wanna be bothered. One of their people almost got attacked by our dog luckily, my husband was there to stop it.

  Editing my review to include court findings and court ruling: Homeowners, please carefully review any contingency agreement before working with Titan Commercial Roofing. My husband and I became involved in a lengthy legal dispute with this company after deciding not to move forward with them for our roof replacement. No roofing work was ever performed on our home, no materials were delivered, and no finalized project price was provided to us at the time the contingency agreement was signed. Despite this, Titan later attempted to enforce a substantial cancellation fee and pursued litigation against our family for nearly a year. We were forced to hire an attorney and defend ourselves in court. The case ultimately proceeded through Tennessee court, where the judge rejected Titan’s primary contract claim and found the agreement at issue to be unfair and against public policy. During this process, we also learned that homeowners are not legally required to provide their insurance scope of coverage to a contractor in order to receive estimates or choose a roofing company. We believe many homeowners may not fully understand the obligations a company may later claim arise from these agreements, especially during stressful insurance claim situations. Since our dispute began, we have also personally spoken with other homeowners who reported negative experiences involving Titan, including workmanship concerns and litigation disputes similar to ours. We are sharing our experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions and understand that they have rights and resources when dealing with contractor disputes. Complaints can be submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, and the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors if consumers believe a company’s actions are unfair or misleading.

  Trevin did not explain gutter size and put large gutters on house they hang over and look terrible, the titan company stated that I “agreed “ to larger gutters I have never measured gutters in my life . When I asked if I could get gutters that fit my house they basically said no . I’m happy with the roof installation but not with the gutters . “It will grow on you “ was the worst part of the conversation. So when getting gutters be clear on details as in size of gutters. Before writing this I went to titan roofing for clarification and here we are .

  My wife and I were discussing the need to repair our roof, when lo and behold, Titan Roofing just happen to show up asking if we wanted to get our roof repaired. Although they scheduled the repairs 6 weeks out, they showed up early, had it done and completed within 6 hours. Absolute amazing work and conpared to other companies, AFFORDABLE. Thank you Titan!

  Titan (Jackson office)did a fantastic job helping me through my Insurance claims process and walking me through the entire process from start to finish. I had no worries doing business with them. They are by far the most superior roofing company I have worked with and they have the best customer service in Western Tennessee.

  Zack and his team were excellent! They came out right away to give me an inspection and estimate. They completed my project in one day! Everyone that I worked with on their team was very kind, respectful, and did their job with true professionalism. They were willing to work with my schedule and I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!!
