  Terrible customer service! Terrible work. Don’t clean up after themselves and will not return phone calls. Less than 5 months after having a completely new roof they didn’t replace broken boards like we agreed just put shingles over it and now dealing with leaks! Came back out to “patch” my new roof and still didn’t replace several broken boards. Messed up singles on my roof in the process and leaks have ruined my kitchen ceiling. Not to mention can now hear leak behind a wall in my bedroom when it rains. Been trying to get them to make this right for over a month and no one returns call or anything unless I call ba k first. Do not recommend them to anyone! Also didn’t use correct size boards so filled gaps with smaller boards instead of buying correct size. Also left all their trash in my yard after this so called patch job too. This was also a insurance job. They cleary do not care about their customer or honor their warranty and need to make this right!

  Came out and gave me an estimate. Told me they could remove a vent and fix my roof where it was leaking. Told me they would be back in two weeks. A month later I call they say they’ve been swamped but will be out the next week. A month later they stopped returning my texts and calls. Would not recommend.

  Good morning Mr. Clippard, First and foremost I would like to apologize for the lack of communication that you received from our Jackson, TN location. This is an unacceptable practice and does not meet our company standard for customer service and dedication to go above and beyond no matter how large or small the job may be. I will personally be investigating this matter and handling it accordingly. I did review the file and noticed that a note was placed in there stating you were put on a storm watch list. It explained that you were holding off on repairs until there was enough storm damage to warrant a full replacement. There seems to have been a misunderstanding on our end and again I apologize for the lack of communication. If you’d like we would be more than happy to perform the repair you are needing. Let us know how you’d like to proceed.

  We got stood up twice by Southern Roofing project managers. They were scheduled to meet with our claims adjuster and never showed up. Poor customer service.

  Alyssa came out this morning, she is very down to earth easy to talk to and a straight shooter. Great asset to the team at this company. I’m in business management myself and I’d definitely hire her to come work for me. She made me feel at ease and comfortable that I’m in good hands. I haven’t received a quote yet but she did tell me the time in which to expect my quote for my roof.

  I can't even express how they went to bat for me. Way, way beyond what was required and professional and friendly. I had a stroke in the midst of dealing with an unreasonable insurance company. They made calls for me, kept me informed and did stuff I couldn't manage because of health issues. If I had to rate them on 1 to 10, I'd rate them 20. No better experience could have taken place. You'll definitely not be disappointed at all.

  From start to finish, Southern did a fantastic job. They had my roof off starting at lunch one day and completed by mid afternoon the next day. Communication was great and our Sales person, Alyssa, was great to work with. Highly recommend and hopefully we won’t need a new roof for years. Thank You Southern.

  I recently had my roof inspected by Khristian Harrell with Southern Roofing & Renovation and couldn't be happier with the experience. The inspector arrived right on time and spent a significant amount of time walking the entire roof, documenting everything with photos. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Inspector informed me, roof had no damage and gave me a clean bill of health rather than trying to sell me a full replacement. Highly professional and trustworthy!

  Kristian Harrell came to our house when we called Southern Roofing to speak with a representative about a new roof. He and Noah Jones thought we had enough damage to file a claim with our insurance company, but the claim was denied. They worked tirelessly with us to order the roof we needed. We cannot say enough about the team who replaced our roof in 6 hours! They cleaned up afterward and left our yard as it was when they arrived. We are extremely proud of our new roof and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again, Kristian for all your help!

  I am a very happy customer with Rhynne Potts and southern Roofers. I contacted.other companies for estimates and got nothing, not even a follow up. But when I contacted Southern Roofers Rhynne showed up within the hour and started a claim. With my insurance company. But to be disappointed by the insurance company whom I have had over 20 years without them ever have to pay out Rhynme went over and beyond with them. So with that being said we had to pay out of pocket. I would recommend you guys for anyone who is looking for such a professional experience like I received. Kuddos to Rhynne for being so patient with me during this roofing journey.

  We had our roof replaced on the day before Thanksgiving. Ryne Potts is amazing to work with and was the main reason I chose to go with SR&R. He is dependable and Knowledgeable and guided me through the whole roofing process. I would recommend SR&R to anyone.
