  Called on Monday and Tuesday, left a message with 2 different girls, about a leak in my roof left name and number. Never received a call back. Been over a week now.

  Called them 2x to schelude checking my house for leaks no response. They called back on wed and reacted promptly and dispatched employee same day. He was very professional and quickly addressed roofing issue. Thank you .

  Called and gave all of my information for work I am wanting done at my home. Week later and still no call back. I have a hard time believing that with the amount of contractors in area that this is how they all run there businesses… 9/10 vendors fail to return calls for services they openly provide supposedly.

  Neighbors new roof. We were under contract. I asked if they were going to fix this home. They suggested I find a different company.

  We have worked with Elite Contractors twice in the last 4 yrs and I cannot say enough good things about their process and work. Most recently they handled repairs/replacement of siding on our house (masonite to hardie board), reimagining our front porch, and enclosing a screened-in porch. Randy Bates worked with us to scale the project to our budget using expertise and exploring creative solutions.The crew was fantastic: skilled, professional, on time, and lovely to be around. At the end of the job they left everything better than they found it. The job was completed early, on budget, and the result surpassed our expectations. We have received so many compliments on how nice the house looks. 10/10 recommend.

  Initially we called Richard @ Elite for roof repair after a storm left us with significant exterior and interior damage. As we worked with them, we were so impressed with the level of skill and communication that we expanded the job to a full remodel of our office building. We, and our clients, love the new look!

  From the recent snow/ice storm a tree fell on on my roof. Immediately Elite Contratctors and Randy Bates were there. Walked me through the process and they handled everything, which kept my mind at peace. The work was done super fast and everthing looks beautiful!

  I hired Elite Contractors to install a new patio with roof on my 30 year old home. EC had been recommended to me by others in my network, and I believe I received about as good an experience as you can get. Other contractors I quoted were not nearly as attentive or reasonable as Levi and Brock were for me. Whereas other contractors were quoting me $175 - $200 per square foot, refused to return my calls, and did not listen to our goals, EC listened and created a plan to come in under budget without cutting corners. They acted like they wanted my business not only for this project but also for any other projects I may have in the future. Each team they brought to my property were communicative and insightful, treated our home and my family with respect, and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and to the quality I requested. At the end of the project, the team was flexible with my schedule and performed the needed quality assurance tasks as I requested. I look forward to working with them again; they earned it.

  Elite contractors came to my rescue! I had a leak behind my washer and it made the wall buckle and crack in between the paneling. They had a big project at a medical clinic and worked me in! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Thanks again!

  I wind storm damaged the roof of our home and shed. I called Elite Contractors on that Saturday and a crew was at my house within 12 hours to get the damaged parts covered. Richard handled all the insurance claim and kept me updated during the whole process. I highly recommend Elite Contractors!

  My 40 year old house here in Jackson was really starting to show some wear. After years of replacing rotting wood, I decided to have the original cypress siding removed and start from scratch using hardi board. I am pretty industrious, but this job was going to be too big for me. A friend suggested I contact Elite Contractors for the job. I was a little reluctant at first as I had never heard of them, but I contacted them anyway. Two representatives from Elite were here within a couple of days. To be honest, I was planning to get several bids for this project. But the reps won me over immediately. They were very friendly and courteous. They gave me several options and priced the job during that first visit. We agreed on the total price and the completion date that would coincide with our planned vacation. Actually, there was no need to worry with other bids, so I chose Elite for the job. The construction crew arrived within the appropriate time frame I was given up front. In addition to being friendly and respectful, they were the hardest workers I had ever seen. The job was completed the day before we were to leave for our vacation. Our house looks fantastic, actually brand new; all trim and siding cut, applied perfectly and given two coats of Sherwin Williams best exterior paint. During the project, a few changes were made to the original plan which saved me a little money. I am so glad I decided to go with Elite Contractors. I highly recommend these guys.   They were absolutely fantastic to work with! Our office building had a pipe burst in December and they were there right away to help clear everything out and assess what we needed to do to make it right. In 3 months, the entire work area looks amazing. It's a night and day difference between what we had before and now. Richard, Randy, and Shawn wanted to make sure we were happy with every decision before they implemented it, we had constant progress updates, as well as in-person walkthroughs on what was still needing to be done and what was completed. Absolutely fantastic group, worth every single dime. The photos listed are just a small fragment of their work.
