  It’s truly sad that I have to write this review but necessary at this point. We retained Jamie and United Roofing to fix my parents roof and were referred to them by a neighbor who also got their roof done by him. In the beginning, communication was fine and Jamie was more than happy to make an agreement with us and take our deposit. Since then, it has been an absolute disaster. Product has been delivered and been sitting there for MONTHS with zero communication, no response to emails calls and texts on when the install would actually happen. No install of the roof despite the beautiful weather we’ve had. Such a stressful situation to be in, this company clearly doesn’t care about their clients at all. What started as a very exciting project and time for me and my family has turned into a sour nightmare and I would not suggest anyone to contact United Roofing for any roof related work.

  We have delivered the product as promised and the weather turned out there into rain, then snow, then got colder then warm then more snow. I explained that the roof can only be installed in a certain temperature and has to be safe for the guys to do so. As well the roof is a very tall steep cedar shake roof that needs to be safe for us to be able to walk on it and do the install of this specialized product. As well Jamie got sick and needed some time to heal and sent communication and emails as well stating the fact. Very unfair rating when the roof has not been safe to be able to install this product. I would like to add that we have been in contact with Ishwar and that's who the roof deal is through I'm not even sure who you are and to make these statements

  They did not tact down a number of our roof vents causing flooding in our home. We notified them right away (this was months ago now) and still no one has come by to, at the least, tar the nails that my husband put in to temporarily tact …

  Very unfair rachel we were back, we did do the cleanup for the items that were missed, the vents were nailed, and warranty does not require tar over the nails that is just something that we do and I can do for you by taking down this review

  Roofing required Euroshield (Calgary) mediation for improperly installed shingles. Shed siding is poorly installed. Jamie Erhdal fails to attend appointments he establishes and his workers never arrived to rectify the removal and reapplication of the shed’s siding, Jamie has photos of roofing and shed’s siding. Jamie employed intimidation, yelling from our roof at us, actions, in our opinion, to be poor customer service, disrespectful, etc. and in our senior years , to be elder abuse. Jamie’s in action reflects his failure to own workmanship and guarantee of ‘customer satisfaction’… be wise, in our opinion, keep shopping.

  You folks had some concerns with the roof that were addressed by both United Roofing as well as the supplier that were fixed to your satisfaction 2 years ago. The matter was considered closed by all parties.

  Be warned…keep shopping… Jamie Erhdal, from United Roofing & Exteriors has a work crew apply Royal vinyl siding onto our shed. Jamie is fully aware that the application of the siding is inferior, lacking a professional application. Jamie has been provided with photos and he has seen the workmanship of his crew. We have all emails and texts, where Jamie has set appointments to meet, for a resolve, at his convenience, and he never arrives. Jamie has stated workers were going to remove and redo the siding, and he was having workers attend to the siding blowing off in the wind, but no one has ever showed. Jamie, as experienced, employs rich excuses, in my opinion, CoVid, etc. Jamie’s wife called, on his behalf, and asserted that Jamie was going to attend to our shed’s siding, last year, but he has set that aside, as well. Jamie once paid, as in my experience and opinion, sets aside customer satisfaction and any workmanship guarantees expected by a professional in his field. As a senior citizen, I anticipated Jamie would employ a respectful resolve and just do what was right, in my opinion.

  We have already addressed your concerns and have replied to your wife as well for her review. We installed a rubber roof as indicated by your wife and that was taken care of by the manufacturer as well as ourselves.

  Outstanding Experience with Jamie and his team , we were having heavy snow blowing advisory and my swirly bird got bent , I saw a post on Regina Small Business community about another person looking for same , I saw Jamie”s post and contacted him he responded immediately I believe we started conversation around 10:30 and by 1 the job was done !! Very quick and amazing service definitely considering for other things around the house would love to do business with you !!!

  Jamie’s roofers were great to work with. They worked through the storm to protect my home. They finished the job in a timely manner. The eaves were done following the shingles job. Great job guys the finish looks great.

  I can't say enough good things about our experience with United Roofing. Jamie had a quote to me within 24 hours of my request and it was by far the best quote I received in both price and quality. (I had at least 6 quotes). Jamie was always prompt answering any questions and the work was completed quickly by a dedicated and friendly crew. In a time when good service is hard to find, United provided EXCELLENT Service and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof. John Hudson

  Jamie was fantastic to deal with the crew that came out go do the roof was fantastic and did a great God was a bit of garbage left in neighbors yard but Jamie got that removed and taken care of thanks again for the job well done 10/10
