  We had them fix our shingles back in early 2021, they did not send an invoice until 5 months later and were threatening us because we hadn’t paid them yet. Then wind damaged the exact same spot not even a year later. Called them to come fix …

  Poor work ethic and customer service. Astonishingly unprofessional. Used for a repair a year ago and the exact same group of shingles blew off the roof this year. I asked them to fix the spot again and they repeatedly promised to come out and fix it by a specific date and would not show up. After approximately 5-6 rescheduled appointments they finally showed up to fix it. Price was not discussed even once yet I recieved a message after the job was done saying a bill would be sent out. I explained that I had assumed the fix was free considering no price was discussed and they fixed a repair job that was done poorly the year before. He then threatened to put a lien against me as well as slander me to other roofing companies in the area. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  This crew is one of the best crews that I have ever dealt with they worked through the pouring rain and never stopped. I would highly recommend them for any exterior work!!!!!!!

  My daughter is selling her house. Just prior to the house being listed (because it's Saskatchewan and it's windy) the house had some wind damage to the vinyl siding. I explained the problem to Guardian Roofing & Exteriors and I was quickly put in touch with Brendan. Brendan got an estimate for repairs within 24 hours. Even better, the repair was done quickly even though I'm sure they had many other various wind repair jobs to do. They managed to squeeze this repair in. Thank you so much Brendan and Guardian for a top job well done.

  I am in rural Sask. Gaurdian and there team were working on a neighbors house. I called the office to see if they could fit me in as well with some small repairs. They came across the street did the work and helped save some milage costs. thanks

  Quality workmanship, and fast! I appreciated the effective communications. I was not home when the work was being done, we coordinated on dates and nuances of the work items over text and it went very well. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Update: 2 years later: Roofing job was excellent. Eavestrough work had a small issue, i emailed them and they sent someone out to make it right. Good job I recommend.

  Guardian recently completed some shingle replacement work on our house. We worked with Brendan, who was great to work with and always quick to respond. The service was excellent, communication was clear, and the whole process was smooth. Would happily work with them again.

  Im so happy with the quality workmanship. They are a bunch of great guys. Very polite easy to talk to. They shingled my roof and everything that goes with it Very fair price they showed up on time completed the job that day. Very good cleanup afterward. Guardian is definatly a company worthwhile getting to do work for you. Ill be getting them again to do more things with my house in the future. Thanks Guardian!. 😊
