We had our roof and gutters replaced, and the whole roofing project turned out great. Frank, the project manager, and Jerome, the site manager, kept us updated through every step and explained the schedule clearly from start to finish. Like with any roofing job, a few small issues came up, but the crew handled them quickly, carefully, and with real skill. The team was professional, organized, and easy to work with, and they made sure the new roof and gutter system looked excellent and worked properly for our home in Sacramento. We are very pleased with the final result and really appreciate Blake, Frank, and Jerome for their hard work and strong communication. Exceptional roofing team.

before the roofing work started, a site inspection was completed and a clear proposal was emailed right when they said it would be. the terms were easy to understand, and the crew followed through on everything as promised. they handled roof and attic related repairs, treated problem areas caused by moisture, removed damaged ceiling sections, installed two new vent fan and light units, repaired the ceiling with drywall, and applied two coats of paint for a clean finish. because the workmanship looked so good, we added more to the project, including painting a full hallway, stairs, and the high ceiling above. they also painted two bathrooms and six doors, and installed a ridge vent on the second-floor attic to help improve ventilation and airflow, which is especially important in a warm climate like california. the added attic venting should help with heat buildup and overall roof performance. all the work was completed in a professional way and at a fair price. one thing that really stood out is that walter did exactly what he said he would do. he arrived on schedule, communicated well, and finished the job when promised. that kind of honesty and reliability can be hard to find with contractors, especially on smaller home repair projects. in the past, i have dealt with many contractors who promised estimates or site visits and then never showed up or followed through. this crew was the opposite. they were dependable, skilled, and respectful from start to finish. frank was helpful, curtis was professional, and i appreciated how organized the whole process felt. if you want roofing and attic work done on time, with solid craftsmanship and good communication, this is a great choice.

I don’t know if I’ve ever felt more looked after by a roofing company. Ultimate Sacramento Roofing installed the roof on my home years ago, and the workmanship was excellent from the start. More recently, I had a problem around one of my skylights, and the crew made several trips out to my house in Sacramento until everything was fully fixed with no hesitation. They were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and they clearly understood roofing and leak repair. After the next heavy rain, they even followed up to make sure the skylight and surrounding roof area were holding up well and that I was completely satisfied. It was great to see a team that truly stands behind its roof work, pays attention to detail, and cares about customer service. I highly recommend them for any roofing or skylight repair needs.

A tree came down onto our utility lines and caused damage around the roof edge, including the soffit, fascia boards, and nearby exterior areas. They were excellent from start to finish. Blake came out to inspect the damage, gave me a clear estimate for the roofing and exterior repair work, and the follow-up included very helpful photos that made it easy to show my adjuster why the repairs were needed. They arrived on time, coordinated smoothly with my tree service and electrician, and helped keep the whole repair process moving quickly in Sacramento. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished roofline and trim repairs looked great. I will definitely use them again for other roofing work I need done and would highly recommend Blake and the crew to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor.

Big thanks to Blake and his roofing crew. They were fantastic from start to finish. I had water leaking into my home around the skylights, along with roof damage, and they handled everything with real care and skill. Blake helped guide me through the insurance process when it was stressful, which made the whole roofing job much easier. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were always polite and professional. They explained the roof repair work clearly, answered my questions fast, and made me feel comfortable through the entire project. It was easy to work with them, and the communication was great the whole time. Now the roof and skylight areas look excellent, and I feel much better knowing everything is sealed and protected. I truly appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and dependable service. I would absolutely recommend this roofing team to anyone in Sacramento who needs honest, high-quality roof work.

It’s hard to put into words how pleased I am with my experience working with Frank at Ultimate Sacramento Roofing. We hired them for a roof repair on our home, and Frank was professional, very responsive, detailed, and always polite right from the beginning. He was easy to communicate with and made sure to be clear and transparent throughout the whole project. Whenever I had questions or needed something explained, he took the time to walk me through everything. I was so relieved to find someone I could trust for what can be a stressful process, especially when dealing with things like insurance. The whole crew worked hard, finished the job quickly, and were always respectful on site. I definitely recommend their roofing services!

After researching several roofing companies in Sacramento, I had four different teams come out to give me quotes and explain the roof replacement process. While this company wasn’t the cheapest, I’m really glad I chose them for the job. Of all the representatives I spoke with, Curtis was the most knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions about pricing and insurance, and was always easy to reach. Curtis made sure to keep in touch throughout the whole project, stopping by during the installation to check on progress and quickly address any concerns I had. The office staff was also great, helping me with the paperwork for my insurance claim and responding quickly whenever I reached out. The installation itself was done by Walter and his crew, who worked fast but made sure to focus on quality. I really appreciated how careful they were to protect my landscaping and how thoroughly they cleaned up once the job was finished. Walter also installed extra soffit vents for us and made sure they matched perfectly with the rest of the house. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the excellent service I received from this roofing company. The new roof looks fantastic, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Sacramento looking for a reliable roofer.
