  Wasn’t too happy with the work, for what I paid for my roof to be replaced,I was told it would be completed in a week it took them almost a month,they didn’t clean up,left all there garbage on the side of my house and when the reinstalled my solar they broke almost 50 of the slate that I had saved for emergency and never got my $1000 dollar deposit back from Justin!!

  I contract with Timeproofing on July 15, 2026. The guys were very good and cleaned up before they left! They had to wait about 4 hrs for their supplier to bring the shingles but they quickly added a few of the tiles then had to come back the next morning and finished by 12:30 pm. Justin the project manager was very helpful. I was promised they would cut off 2-3 inches of rotten decorative posts and paint them with external paint to protect them from further rot. Justin came to see what I was talking about and they were trim off within an hour! So overall I’m very happy with my new roof! Best part is not having monthly payment or no interest for 12 months if paid in full!

  Construction crew was courteous and respectful. The roof work was excellent and debris clean up was thorough. One of the best things about this company is how responsive the Staff is...(Eric, Justin, Seth) No AI generated messaging and phone messages never went to Voice Mail. A real pleasure to do business with! Highly recommend.

  Seem like a bumpy road in the beginning, but the crew did get out there in a timely manner and handled the job in very timely fashion. Had the old material off in one day and had the new roof put on 2 days later.

  The tear off crew did an amazing job this morning. You wouldn’t even be able to tell that they were here. Everything is so nice and clean. Mario and his Timeproofusa crew have been great!

  SEE BELOW FOR CHANGES OF REVIEW: Poor company start & finish. On the day of my appointment the sales rep was late & the company called me saying he was here & tried to get in touch with me but he was not & because I was waiting for him & he didnt even ring the doorbell or knock becuse i have it on video. Then he gets here talking about how he has been in sales for a long time & tring to sell me when I told him what i needed right away becuase I knew what was involved in replacing a roof & what was needed but he just wanted to act like I didnt know anything & upsale me, then as we go on he has he has to leave to go to the bathroom & will be back, I told him he could use ours but he siad it was ok, nextbto top it off he then took a phone call & walked away from me & not even seeming to care. This was a POOR 1st & Last vist. CHANGE: Afrter the review I was contacted right away By Casey & he Had sent out his Area Manager Cody who took the time to go over every thing & listen to what I had to say & want he didnt try to up sell me or have me pay more for what I needed He was honest & sincere about everything including the pricing & what would & would not need to be done. That is why I changed my rating to a 4 I am hopefully waiting to get approved to have my roof done but they have made it to the top of my list due to fast response to my problems & taking the time to listen to me.
