We were very satisfied with the professionalism and competence shown by this company’s personnel. We asked for an estimate to repair our roof. Rafael Rodriguez Sr. showed up the same day and within a few hours after he left, we received an email with an estimate. Very reasonably priced. We were leaving town the following Sunday, so Rafael Rodriguez Jr. managed to work their schedule around our departure. The roof was repaired two days after the estimate. I can’t say enough about this company. They are fast, reliable, and certainly know their business. I would highly recommend them. If I replace my roof within the next couple of years, I will definitely utilize their services. Thank you, Shield Guard Roofing! Great job! And thank you for the recommendations on which materials to use when I re-roof our home.

We worked with Shield Guard on roofing repairs. Both Rafael Sr. and Rafael Jr. were great to work with. The whole team was very personable, and explained the work they were going to do and how long it would take. We work with them on two roof repairs and I would recommend them to anyone who wants and honest and hard working crew that did an excellent job.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Rafael from Shield Guard. After getting 8 separate quotes from different roofing companies, shield Guard was able to match the best price I found. They were professional, cleaned the work site everyday at the end of the day and went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with the finished product. They took care of the inspection as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The roof and gutters they installed look great.

I had an outstanding experience with Shield Guard Roofing and couldn’t recommend them more highly! Rafael and his crew—who are all family—were incredibly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Rafael provided excellent customer service, keeping me updated throughout the process. He came out to do the bid, had the contract ready within a day or two (all digital for easy signing), and got the project started within just a few days. When bad weather was rolling in, they even adjusted their schedule to begin a day early to ensure everything was completed before the rain—true dedication to their craft and customer satisfaction. They replaced an entire side of my house’s siding, including painting, and finished it all in just two days. The quality of their work was phenomenal, and they left the workspace spotless. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, family-run business that delivers top-notch results with great communication and care, Shield Guard Roofing is the company to call!
