Working with Mauro and his crew has been a very good experience. They replaced the flat roof on our Davis home using the latest upgraded materials and installation techniques. Very friendly, and professional…..cleaned up at the end of work every day….all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend NS1.

Professionals who communicated every step of the process. Always kept the areas clean daily making our tenants happy. Even the inspector acknowledged the kind of professional work that they do. The BEST choice we made in choosing from the many roofing companies out there to complete the project for our rental!

We had a leak from the last big storm and got a referral for NS1 Roofing from our plaster person, who by the way did a great job on one of our windows, so I gave them a call. Mauro was very pleasant and professional on the phone and scheduled a time for his guys to check out the repairs needed, and they showed up when expected. Mauro gave me a reasonable quote and answered all my questions. When I hired them they showed up on time and got right to work. Part way through the job, JR one of the workers, told me he found termites in the process of the tear out. We agreed that he would stop there until I could get a termite guy out. Turned out that the termites were subterranean and live in the ground, and will be treated in the ground, so I called Mauro back and arranged for his guys to come back and finish the job. Again, they showed up on time and got right back to work. Because of the previous work they started, it only took a little over half a day to finish. Upon completion they cleaned up everything, blew off the patio and front area. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism throughout the job. Mauro called me later that afternoon and said if we have any problems let him know and they will take care of it. I looked at the work afterwords and don't expect any problems. If we have any other roof needs in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
