We are very happy with the work the crew did on our house. They were very professional and respectful of our neighbors. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no debris laying around. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. Thank you for a job well done!!

Type 1 Construction was recommended to us when we were having a hard time finding a roofing company that would work with us outside of insurance. We reached out, and without hesitation had a very competitive quote within days, and a new roof within the month. I could not be happier with the process, communication was consistent, day-of work + cleanup were seamless, and we are thrilled with the result. Highly recommend!

Phillip was the most outgoing, very communicative, and so professional throughout our roofing replacement process. He went above and beyond with our inquiries and questions about the process, and was always respectful of our time. We highly recommend this company/ small business! It’s truly unbelievable how new homes have low quality materials, and Phillip and his team explained what quality materials should look like. We no longer have to hold our breath through hurricanes and bad rainstorms knowing we’ve got a quality roof now! Thank you Type 1 Construction!
