Great family roofing company, Chavez & Sons Roofing was easy to work with from start to finish. i needed gutters installed on a new metal building after construction, and with all the heavy rain and muddy ground, it took some patience to find the right day to get the job done safely. they stayed in touch the whole time, kept me updated, and made the scheduling process smooth. Once the crew got started, the workmanship was excellent. The seamless gutters and oversized downspouts were installed cleanly and fit the building well. everything looked solid, worked like it should, and gave me confidence that rainwater will drain off properly and protect the structure. i am very pleased with the results and plan to use them again soon for gutter and roofing-related work on my home.

Chavez & Sons Roofing is the best roofing company I have worked with. I called about a roof leak that was causing a ceiling stain, and I was very worried because the Texas heat and storms can make roof problems get worse fast. Curtis came out the same day, checked the roof, explained the damage clearly, and made me feel at ease right away. He gave me the details I needed to speak with my insurance company and helped make the whole claim process much easier. They were able to get my full roof approved through insurance, and the roof replacement was scheduled quickly. Carter also helped with the paperwork and kept everything organized and on time. They explained every step in simple terms, from the leak repair and shingle condition to the full reroof process, so it was easy to understand even though I did not know much about roofing. Even the insurance adjuster was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the team was. Great communication, fast service, and 5-star customer care. I highly recommend them in Missouri City.

After a recommendation from a friend, we reached out for an estimate on a new roof and gutter system. Curtis arrived right on time, completed a careful roof inspection, and clearly walked us through the different shingle options, including the pros and cons of each roofing material. We decided on a higher quality shingle because we wanted better long-term protection and curb appeal, and there was never any sales pressure during the process. Once the roofing job was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and finished the installation in just a few days. They were professional, respectful, and careful around our home the entire time. The clean-up was thorough, and they even used a magnet roller to pick up loose roofing nails around the property, which we really appreciated. A few small items came up afterward, including a couple of exposed nails and one or two shingles that needed adjustment, but Walter handled everything quickly and courteously. It was clear they stood behind their roofing work and wanted the finished result to be right. Later, after a strong storm in Missouri City, a tree limb ended up on the roof and I could not remove it safely myself. I called, and Carter came out the next day to check everything. Thankfully, there was no roof damage, and it gave us peace of mind knowing help was available so fast. We are very pleased with the full experience and would gladly recommend this roofing and gutter company to anyone needing roof replacement, shingle work, storm-related roof checks, or gutter installation in Missouri City.

From my first call with Jerome to meeting the hardworking roofing crew, I knew I made the right choice. Under Santiago’s professional direction, they handled my roofing issue quickly and with real care. The team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with, and they kept me updated through the whole roof repair process. They did a great job, used quality roofing materials, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the work was done. In the Texas heat, it was a relief to have a dependable roofer who responded fast and got the job done right. They truly go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for any roof repair or roofing service.

I compared quotes from three roofers, and this team stood out right away. Their estimate already included an upgrade to 30-year shingles, and the overall roofing service was much better than the others. Curtis was my main contact and a big …

We recently had our roof replaced, and this was the third or fourth roofing and exterior project they have handled for us. They also helped with window and door replacement before. Their honesty and work ethic really stand out. The job was done by their own roofing crew, not passed off to subcontractors, and the workers were skilled, professional, and easy to work with. All the old shingles and debris were cleaned up, and our yard was left spotless. They may cost a little more than some other roofing companies, but the quality, service, and peace of mind are worth it. We had a roof leak over our family room for a long time after a different roofer replaced the roof, and the problem never got fixed. Other contractors said the roof design was the issue and acted like nothing could be done. When we called this team for another opinion, Walter quickly found the source of the leak and explained that it was actually a simple roofing repair. They fixed it the right way, and the roof stayed watertight. When it was finally time for a full new roof at our home in Missouri City, they were the first company we wanted to call. The whole process moved along smoothly, from signing the contract to scheduling and installation. Easton later came back to inspect everything and make sure the roofing work was completed properly. In the Texas heat, it is great to have a strong, dependable roof installed by a crew that truly cares about quality. From the office staff to management and the roofing crew, everyone provided excellent service. I would absolutely give them 5 stars.

Replacing our roof was a great experience. The team was very quick during the estimate process and took time to answer all of our questions. After about 30 minutes measuring the roof, they gave us a clear itemized quote with several roofing material options. They also brought sample shingles and metal roofing choices so we could compare colors and pick the best match for our home. Their timeline was accurate, even with some rough weather, and they were flexible when we needed to adjust the schedule. The roofing materials showed up on time, and the crew got right to work. Every roofer arrived as promised, treated our property with respect, and did a careful cleanup at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. From the first inspection to the final installation, the whole roofing project felt smooth and stress-free. We have a lot of confidence in their roofing work and would gladly recommend them for roof replacement or repair, whether you need asphalt shingles or a metal roof.
