David independently discovered a manufacturing defect in the shingles on our four-year-old roof. It was such an unusual issue that even he had to take the time to research it further to be sure. He then went above and beyond to gather the information needed to support and win our claim, and the manufacturer ultimately paid for an entirely new roof. Our previous roofer flew a drone over our roof and said all was fine! 🤨 I'm thankful David uncovered the issue while our roof was still under full warranty. Throughout the process, David was professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Thank you for the excellent review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad I was able to catch that manufacturing defect on your relatively new roof — those issues can be easy to miss, especially when they’re not typical storm or installation damage. It was important to me to dig into it properly so we could build a strong case for the manufacturer. Getting the full roof replacement approved under warranty was a great outcome. I’m also glad the process felt smooth and that I kept you informed along the way. Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation — it means a lot. Happy to help again anytime you need us!

After researching, I decided to go with Tetralto Roofing for following reasons : 1. Detailed quote with layout of my roof, its area, level of steepness, complete process of re-roofing with all steps 2 two options given with class 3 and class 4 impact resistance shingles 3. Reasonable cost compared to other roofers 3. David was available during the visit of insurance inspector to facilitate this inspection process and represent the house owner. After finalizing, David worked very closely with me, helping me to get approval from HOA and arranged permit from the City. He scheduled my job quickly as my roof had few damaged areas. David has been very professional and extremely helpful throughout the process, and that is what differentiates him from others. Material arrived on time and David’s team finished the job by the evening. David supervised the job personally and made sure that quality of workmanship is maintained during the process. My chimney got repaired and painted and all vents have been replaced. Each and everything is new on the roof now.. The team did everything very well and cleaned the premises very thoroughly and removed scrap as well as all nails , with the help of strong magnets. David helped me with Manufacturer’s warranty and also helped me with insurance to get discount on my home insurance after the roof has been installed. I highly recommend him and his company for his super services.

Thank you for the incredibly detailed review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad the thorough quote, impact-resistant shingle options, and full process walkthrough helped make the decision clear. It was great being able to attend the insurance inspection with you, and we’re happy we could help navigate the HOA approval and city permit quickly so your damaged roof could be addressed fast. The whole team worked hard to deliver a clean, high-quality job — from the chimney repair and new vents to the final magnet sweep and thorough cleanup. Thank you for trusting us with the project. When we purchased our beautiful home, many of our lintels and the carport entrance were severely corroded, to the point where we were concerned about their structural integrity. One of the window seals had already been compromised as well. …

We’re glad we could take care of those badly corroded lintels and the carport entrance for you. Replacing the worst ones with stainless steel and properly protecting the rest should keep everything solid for years in our Houston humidity.
