In 2017 I hired this company to do a complete roof. When they said it was completely finished, we had a severe rain storm that night. My house was almost demolished. I had severe leaks in the roof in every room in my house. They were never able to fix all the roof so I had to hire another company to come in and completely remove their roof and replace it. NO I WOULD NEVER USE TH IS COMPANY AGAIN.!!!!!!

We are very sorry to hear about the severe leaks and the damage to your home after the 2017 roof work; that outcome is unacceptable and not the standard we aim for. We regret that our efforts did not resolve the problems and that you had to engage another company. We will review our records and take responsibility where appropriate, so please contact our customer care team via the phone number or email on our website so we can investigate and discuss remediation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are committed to improving our workmanship and customer experience.

In December 2021 we had O&M Construction Services install a new roof on our house due to hail damage and we are extremely pleased with the experience and quality of the work. Omar (the owner) was friendly, very knowledgeable, carefully walked us through the entire process, and worked with the insurance adjustor to qualify us for a claim. He provided clear explanations to my many questions.  At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Omar knew which options of shingle were acceptable to our HOA and guided us on which would look better. We chose Majestic Shake and it has improved the appearance of our house. The installation went quickly and professionally and was done on the agreed schedule. We are very happy with the roof and the overall experience and highly recommend O&M Construction.

O&M Construction Services replaced my roof and when I needed to do a warranty claim they were there all the way. The process would have been very difficult for me to do on my own. They also replaced my driveway and it looks great!
