  Made an appointment. They never showed up and didn't answer the phone when I tried calling several times. Took my business elsewhere. He won't stay in business if he keeps setting up appts and don't show up.

  We wish we could give more stars. Joe, our project manager, was attentive and responded immediately to any minor concerns. The team came when they said they would and, despite bad weather, finished on time. A solid organization.

  Some issues with office staff arranging scheduling. The crew that came to do the work arrived ahead of time, set up equipment, tarps, safety items, etc. Quickly compelted removal of old roof, removal of unused chimney pipe/repair of one section of plywood. Very complete and conscientios work. Once started on work, completed and were leaving the site in 2 1/2 hours with new roof with 30 year warranty. Crew supervisor was very engaging in explaining the process and keeping things mocing,

  Not one issue! Joe was great with the inspection and setting up the project, he checked in a few times to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers were professional and not only did a great job on the roof but also with the clean up. I couldn't be more satisfied.

  Sergio did a small repair at at my home , he did it in a timely manner with ease, he is very professional in what he does, I will recommend Sergio and his company to anyone who needs roof repairs. He is definitely an asset to his company. 5 stars

  I've never come across a company so professional. From the start, to the inspection to the service. They new what they were talking about. They made me feel very comfortable. We set a date. They arrived ontime and got to work. I bought a house over 100 years old. That didn't stop them. They gave me a brand mew roof. They worked for over 11 hours. When they were done, they cleaned both my neighbors yard from. Debree. And mines. They even clean then back yard. They were heavily equipped and very polite. I'm so very greatful and pleased. Thank you so much for the professionalism. Since. Covid it's been hard to find. I look forward to working with Rock for my future projects. Thank you so very much. No more worries for the rain and storms in the future. Not to mention it looks bad ass.!!!!

  Rock roofing did a great job. They responded immediately to an emergency and followed up right away to repair the damages. Communication with Joe was excellent, he always answered calls or texts quickly and worked with us to get the job done asap. Thank you!!

  Rock Roof rocks! They were prompt, efficient, courteous and the foreman even checked back to make sure we were pleased. They helped us repair damage that Randy Jones of Fine Remodeling caused. And that damage would have been catastrophic had Rock Roof not repaired it. Highly recommend Rock Roof!

  Highly recommend Rock Roof. They just replaced my home's old cedar roof with brand new asphalt shingles in only 2 days. Customer service was outstanding -- from start to finish --and they made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. I found them through Google Reviews and their high rating is not just a coincidence
