  Doug, I do apologize that your expectations were seemingly not met. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to follow up with your experience. Just to be completely transparent, I hesitate to even respond to this because factually Doug, your review is just not true. It took a month to get the approval from the insurance company to replace the roof, gutters, and corners. The job was scheduled for the following Monday the minute we received the approval. The actual replacement of the roof took less then a day, as did the gutters and corners. Gutters and corners were done that Friday of the same week. Doug you were completely satisfied until it came time to pay the bill. Your only out of pocket expense is your deductible, which still has not been paid. It is now my understanding per our phone conversations that you didn’t feel as if you had to pay your deductible, which is simply not the case. Please remove your inaccurate and false review and give us a call to set up payment arrangements if need be. Thank you!

  Estimate process was swift. Work was well done and looks great. Only complaint is that I was told they would be there around 9:30 but they were over an hour late.

  Ty Construction replaced my gutters after the June hail storm. The guys were very nice to deal with. Professional and good at what they do. I would definitely recommend Ty Construction.
