I have been trying to get hold of this company for months, left many voice messages and used the website to leave a message thru their system. No one has ever called me back. Came highly recommended but can't even get anyone to call me to book an appointment to discuss having my roof replaced before winter comes!!

We had TwinPeaks Roofing replace our entire roof just over a year ago and have been extremely happy with both the quality of their work and their customer service. Recently, we had some unexpected damage to the roof caused by a raccoon. I contacted TwinPeaks and they responded right away and came out to help us. I was really impressed with how quickly they took care of the situation, especially considering our original roof installation was over a year ago. The roof itself has been great, the original job was done professionally, and the fact that they continue to stand behind their work and look after their customers really says a lot about the company. Reliable, professional and great to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TwinPeaks Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company.

I can’t recommend TwinPeaks Roofing enough! They replaced our entire roof over a year ago and did an amazing job from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, everything was handled professionally, and we were extremely happy with the finished roof. What impressed me even more was the service after the job was done. Over a year later, we had some damage caused by a raccoon. I called TwinPeaks and they came back right away to take care of it. There was no runaround and no waiting forever for a response — they were just as helpful and responsive as they were when they originally did our roof. It’s easy to find a company that’s attentive while they’re doing a big job, but finding one that still takes care of its customers long after the work is finished is something else. That kind of service and reliability is hard to find these days. We’ve had a great experience with TwinPeaks Roofing and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

This company has to be the most professional group of contractors that I've ever hired. They encouraged me to get other quotes before I went with them, provided me a very detailed quote and did not pressure to upsell me. Provided really good advice on the best options for my house. After the install, provided detailed photos of everything that was remediated and left no waste behind at all. They put a lot of care into their work and did a phenomenal job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough good things about TwinPeaks Roofing. I am extremely impressed with this company and would recommend them without hesitation. They replaced our entire roof over a year ago and did a fantastic job. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the whole process was professional, and we have been incredibly happy with our roof ever since. What really sets TwinPeaks apart, though, is what happened recently. We had damage caused by a raccoon and, even though it had been over a year since they completed our roof, I reached out to them and they responded immediately. They came back right away and took care of the problem. That level of customer service after the original job is finished is incredibly rare and says so much about the kind of company they are. It’s one thing to do a great job when you’re first hired — it’s another to still be there for your customers long afterward. TwinPeaks truly stands behind their work and cares about the people they work with. I am beyond impressed with our entire experience. If you are looking for a roofing company that is professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely stands behind their work, TwinPeaks Roofing is the company I would recommend. Absolutely 5 stars!

We've used Twin Peaks Roofing and Aluminum twice, and both experiences were outstanding. Max was extremely responsive and communicated clearly before, during, and after the projects. They replaced our roof two years ago, and the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and drone photos of the finished job were exceptional. Most recently, they replaced our fascia, soffits, eavestroughs, and downspouts. He provided excellent suggestions for improving water drainage and selecting colours, and we no longer experience eavestrough overflow during heavy rains. We highly recommend Max and his team at Twin Peaks Roofing and Aluminum!

Twin Peaks did an excellent job resheathing and reshingling my entire roof. They were also very responsive when I needed emergency repairs. The workmanship was excellent, my new roof looks beautiful, and I would definitely recommend them.

Not affiliated in any way, just sharing our experience in case it helps someone looking for roofing work :) We recently had our roof replaced, along with new eavestroughs and downspouts, by Twin Peaks Roofing. They did a fantastic job. The team was professional, punctual, and left the property spotless after the work was completed. Overall, they were incredibly easy to work with. We dealt directly with Max, the owner, and he was excellent throughout the process. Communication was clear and honest, there was never any pressure to commit, even though he knew we were speaking with several local contractors. He also took the time to walk us through the realities of the project and what to expect. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for roofing work.
