My inspection report upon buying a house said I needed flashings done and some roof work. Kevin called me after searching for a roofer and came and said NOTHING needed to be done and that if it was his roof, he would leave it. I left it but then something didn't seem right, especially as he didn't get on the roof and just eyeballed it (which you could easily see the issues - contacted another roofer and they had to replace and add flashings as they were broken and missing and add ventilation to the roof as having issues. In addition they changed the gutters. Kevin could have caused me big issues with leaks, especially with the rain we had. If you don't want or can't do the roof (someone said it was because it was very pointy and hard to get a ladder up) then SAY SO) even though getting on a roof is your job)

Hello, We have no record of you or any call complain about this, but based on your explanation, it sounds like it is or sales guy Kevin who is known for his honesty for 35+ years of sales experience for not ripping of customers and make them change something does not need to be changed. As you can see, the other company you called to check out the flashings made you replace the eaves troughing too. In the end, Kevin did not charge you for the inspection and he gave you an honest opinion from his 35+ years of experience so we think you should leave him a 5 star review for his honesty and his time he spent at your house with no charge. They left several of the troughs filled with old nails and debris. Double check the work they do, as they may cut corners.

I had an roof leak and asked ASR to repair it. One staff inspected it and told me that the reasons are cracks on shingle. He fixed it simply with glue, and I fully paid for that. …

Hi Tom Kim, We completed this repair in September and had many days of rain since then and now its November. If the roof didn't leak in between then and now, which is almost 3 months that means the temporary repair worked. We were also not notified you were still having issues in September, otherwise we would have sent the Service Technician back to see if it was the same problem or coming from somewhere else and attempt to fix the issue. Instead of posting a bad review, give us a call and we will have someone out as soon as possible to assess the situation. All Stars Roofing Inc. All Stars Roofing Inc.

I went with this company because they were going shinge my roof Through The Valleys in the front of my house. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. Very disappointed with the way that my house looks in the front now. I would not recommend this company.

Kevin showed up for giving an estimate as scheduled. As any savvy consumer, I got quotes from other roofers which on an average were low compared to All Stars roofing. So I called these guys to ask what would they offer differently to account for the higher price or if they would price match. The receptionist who answered the call asked me to send over the competitors quote so they could take a look and see what may be the reason for low quote. So I scanned and sent the quote, the reply I got from Kevin was surprising “Sounds like a good deal — go for it”. So I called the receptionist to ask for an explanation. She didn’t bother to explain. She said that’s Kevin’s decision. So I asked her straight, so for a comparable job you guys are charging $700 more than a competitor and she replied “seems like it”. I didn’t want to continue that conversation anymore because it seemed to me that they don’t have a valid explanation whatsoever to charge more and/or they were so eager to let go of a new customer. I don’t want to work with a company that doesn’t bother to offer good customer service.
