  All seemed OK until some shingles came loose at a corner. The roof is still under warranty. However, he wants to charge me. A reputable company would not think twice for this small repair. Now however, no return calls - nothing . Pretty poor.

  Disappointed ! Complete Roofing did my current house June22, 2020 and my former house many years prior. A couple of shingles blew off and I called Mike Hughes the owner Nov 5, left a message and sent a text with photos of the bare roof, and sent an email as well. No return call as of Nov 18. I even tried to go and speak with someone at their address 1312 Dundas St in Burlington and found nothing. I had to get another company to repair my roof at a cost of $1073.50. I'm totally disappointed in this company. I don't think the company is in business anymore.

  We have been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks. Left them voicemails and an email. No response at all. We experienced a leak in our roof and have a warranty. It seems like this company does not know how to communicate and does not stand by their warranty. Beware!

  If I could leave a review less that one star I would.. Avoid this company at all costs.. After installation customer service is terrible.. They do not honour their warranty, which is a complete joke.. Multiple occurrences of water leakage and water damage inside house.. Save your money and frustration and use someone else. !!!

  Just for the record...I agree the lack of ventilation is the most likely source of the mold. ( could also be poor insulation in the attic or moisture in the attic from the house )....However, the mold issues is not because of the roof ventilation but because of the lack of soffit ventilation. The Ontario Building code states that there should be 1sqft of ventilation to every 150 sqft of attic surface area....and that that ventilation should be split between the roof and soffit vents ( providing the air intake - to create a positive airflow ). We can only tell our customers what the code is we can't make them spend $10,000 to replace there soffit vents,( which will also require new fascia and trough ) and to clear the space in the attic where the soffit vents need to breath. When houses were built in the 1970's they had little to no soffit vents. Todays houses have continuous soffit venting around the entire perimeter. I would suggest that the mold has been present for the last 30 years and I would suggest that 90% of houses built at that time, that have not upgraded their insulation or installed new continuous soffit vents will have black mold. ( but thats just a guess from a guy with 40 years experience and having completed over 120million in roofing projects)....I wonder if you ever sent the money on new soffit vents?

  Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this company Booked this company to do our roof Never showed up to start the job on the scheduled day I had to call them to find out what was going on only to find out their other job was running behind, Okay I understand that .... days passed .... I kept calling, same excuse every time I eventually stopped calling and booked another company These guys NEVER showed up Complete waste of time If your looking to get the run around and not actually get your roof done call these guys

  Roof completed quickly. Shingles overlapped incorrectly. Nails left everywhere. Did come back to clean not done well. Skylight accidentally left out of estimate. Told it would be no problem to come back and correct When we called to do the window staff were rude and unobliging. No window. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. We had had a contractor recommend in the first place but our experience was dismal
